We are releasing a beta version of Tournament Updater for Poker Tracker. Tournament Updater inserts all the information about the multi table and sit and go tournaments that you played without the need for tournament summaries. Information like buy-in, fee, players, place finished, tourney winner, etc. will be updated in your poker tracker database. Tournament Updater currently supports Full Tilt Poker and Poker Stars MTT’S and SNG’s ,support for other poker sites will be added shortly.

ive just downloaded a trial of this program and i cant find anywhere, how to set it up.

Ive opened up the program and the only button i can press is "add" and it opens up to reveal a load of nonsense

Can anyone help me out?

this script allows you to update tournament results in an easy way.
only player related data will be updated. no data of other players.
fpp buyins and satelite winnings will be calculated into dollars.

only pokerstars supported.

I was thinking of purchasing TU for PT 2 today. Should I delay this purchase until the full release of PT3 is available?

I have the trial version of tourney updater because i need a way to import tourney summaries into my poker tracker database, but I cant figure out how to use it. is anyone familiar with this software? is it helpful? thanks for any feedback.

Select the poker tracker database you are using. Select from what date you would like the tournaments summaries to be updated and click the update button. It will look for all available tournament summaries that match your tournament id and update your Poker Tracker database with the correct information.

Bought this program years ago and always worked fine.. but won't update my tournaments today for some reason. anyone else having the same problem? Figured I might ask here before e-mailing support since they are usually pretty slow :\.

I've got tournament updater by propokerlabs for PT3 and it has been working smoothly for a month or so. I've been trying to update the tournaments I played last night and every time I fire up the software then press update, it freezes and stops working. When you click anywhere on the menu a (not responding) message appears on the top of the menu screen. I've tried this about 30 times and it hasn't worked once, I've even tried resetting my laptop and I've done a full virus scan to no avail.
I would try contacting propokerlabs but their support is woeful so I thought it would be better to post my issue here.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software then entered my login details and now it's just coming up with error messages. This is a bit annoying seeing as I've not had much value out of my subs fee and the seemingly non-existant ProPokerLabs support.

Firstly hi and good to be posting in 2+2! Although it's a pitty this has to be my first post I guess...

I just downloaded Tournament updater (the trial version that is) and after 2 weeks of manually adding DoN SnG's i was ecstatic to find this. I'd already manually added 150 up to today and tried to update a bunch more today. The update seemed to go smoothly, however there's tourney's missing (some recent ones are there, some aren't) and my graphs and winnings are way way off from what they were an hour ago - and yes I was entering the results perfectly myself (they matched with my stars cashier anyhow). PT is importing ok, but now the tourney's are missing from the database it seems, and PT won't update my most recent tourney's? I dunno maybe I'm missing something.
Anyway this isn't just a rant - I suppose I felt I had an obligation to add to the collection of reviews/reportbacks. I'm a bit distraught at my tourney graph being messed with so I think I'll leave Tournament Updater for now.

A question I have though is: Is this the only PT tournament updating tool out there as Tournament Updater claim on their site? :|
