HEM development is well underway. We should be looking at having a release within the next fortnight providing testing goes well.

Thanks for the feedback.

Any further ideas of what you want in this sort of application would be greatly appreciated.

SnGs and MTTs are a must as far as we are concerned. Also allowing access to more than one database at a time is essential (as per iWin's comment 'Using multiple DBs would be far better than just one. I create a new observed hands DB every 2 months so being limited to one just doesn't cut it'). Once we get the HEM release out we'll start working on these enhancements and any others you may come up with.

V1.0.3 is now available.

This release addresses a couple of small issues:

1. Fixes a display issue for players who have left the table.
2. Includes a user defined parameter to set how many days worth of tables to include in the table list.

For a free trial please visit http://www.pokerfacesoftware.com/Download.html

For those who currently have a trial version please feel free to upgrade to v1.0.3.

We have added a FAQ section to our website. There are not many questions there at the moment but if there are anymore that you may have please let us know and we will place them on our website for the benefit of yourself and others.

+1 for Hem....

Also, I was wondering if there is anyway to show, what a player has when he raises a CBET on each street? Maybe something that shows the number of times with a %? For example 4/10 top pair, 3/10 flush draw, 1/10 gut shot, 2/10 unknown.

Also, the same things with donk bets.

The Pokerface Software currently only shows preflop actions but will be for all streets eventually.

The CBET statistics will certainly be one of the stats we will be looking at including.

We are keen on finding out what else you find important to include on the Flop, Turn and River statistics. Please keep the suggestions coming!

Our current priority for the Pokerface Software is to get out a HEM release. The development is coming along nicely but the xmas and new years festivities have put us back slightly.

To speed up the release of the HEM version we will create a BETA version and let a limited number of people try it. We are still aiming to have this ready within the next 1 to 2 weeks (as long as there are no major hiccups). If you are interested in trying this beta version please send an email to support@pokerfacesoftware.com

Yes cash only for now, but we do plan on making the Pokerface Software support SNGs and MTTs. We can not give any estimate on when this will be available sorry.

During our HEM development we have found a couple of minor display issues that may affect current PT3 users.

1. There is now a button on the Position Groups set up screen to allow you to restore the default position groups. It has been noted that the previously released default position groups were not consistent. To get the updated Position Groups upgrade to v1.0.4. Go to the Position Groups maintenance screen, press the 'Restore Defaults' button and then the 'Apply' button.

2. The aggression shown in the table position column did not always equal the aggression shown in the position group column.

Get the new free trial version, Pokerface v1.0.4, that addresses these issues from http://www.pokerfacesoftware.com/Download.html.

Nice mcculls. Thx. Any time frame on the multi-DB usage?

Once the HEM BETA version is out (hopefully within the next day or so) we will begin work on multiple DBs. Hopefully, if all goes well, we can have these changes ready within the next two weeks.

Steve

Does that make SNGs third on the todo list?

Haha, yeah SnGs and MTTS are about third on the list. The questions is - is it going to be for HEM first or for PT3?

Unfortunately as HEM and PT3 store their tournament data completely differently than their cash data it is not going to be a simple development.

We will keep you informed as things progress.

Well if you implement with HEM I think you'll have a larger pool of testers/consumers.

Thanks again to the testers who helped get this Holdem Manager release out. We encountered one minor issue during testing so overall we are very happy with the result.

For those who haven't yet had a look please feel free to get a free trial version from http://www.pokerfacesoftware.com

Now the HEM development is behind us we have started developing multi database support. This will allow you to set up database profiles. Each profile will connect to one of your Poker Tracker 3 or Holdem Manager databases. Each profile can be set up for a date range or the last X many days. So you could have many Pokerface Software profiles looking at one Tracker database but for different date ranges - ideal for tracking your progress at different stages. You could also set up a profile just to monitor your current days play.

We are hoping to have the multi database feature ready within a fortnight.

We will then start work on Alias support, and then the next big development will follow - the SnG and MTT Pokerface Software interface.

We will keep you posted at things progress.

Steve

As our initial website was a little bit 'lame' we have completely revamped it. For all of those who viewed our website before and wondered what the hell Pokerface Software does we have now included a lot more information as to what it actually does do... along with many more screen shots.

So for those who have looked before and had no idea what we are about please feel free to take another look. Hopefully things have become clearer!

Development wise we are still working on the multi database enhancement which will be a huge plus for Pokerface Software.

Holdem Manager and Poker Tracker 3 Hand Range tool

Our Free Trial has changed yet again.

In trying to get the right balance on what our free trial should offer we have changed the rules.

Previously it was based on a certain number of hands Pokerface would display per player, but once thats limit was reached Pokerface would not load anymore. Therefore the most recent statistics would not be shown.

Also this led to Pokerface continuing to try and load hands above the trial limit and this slowed things down.

Basically the trial didn't quite present Pokerface as we would have hoped. So we have come up with a more simplified trial. The number of hands is now unlimited! Now from the time you launch Pokerface, each time, you will get the last 48 hours of statistics displayed.

This means you can use Pokerface Software for free indefinately and always have the most up to date information for the last 48 hours.

For more information visit http://pokerfacesoftware.com

For those who haven't yet taken a look at our Pokerface Software please see the article written recently by the guys at ******************.

http://www.******************/article...-software.html

We are currently testing a multi-database version of the software. This means you can connect to more than one of your tracking databases at the same time, or you can connect to the same database but run different parameters. So you could open up one window looking at all your stats and another window just looking at todays stats.

This change was more complicated than first thought so we won't be releasing it until we are completely happy with it.

Steve
