You're not really clear on your billing rates. It says 10k hands free and $2 for the starter package. I could not easily locate more details about this

I thought about doing this a long time ago and eventually abandoned the idea. Will be quite interested to see how this goes for you guys

Do you guys have plans for a HUD?

We've added the capability to display graphs right on your table while through Super Hud right on your table:

Any stats can be dragged and dropped as desired anywhere on the table as needed.

I am very apprehensive to upload my hand history. Is anyone else concerned?

Its scary to think what someone could do against me if they got a hold of half a million of my hands. Is no one else worried? Can anyone ease this fear?

You are afraid to use your card for payment on the Internet? Microsoft, Google and other companies develop cloud computings. People and companies use remote storage to make remote backups.
On a site there is a privacy policy. Main point, whether you trust the company or not.

how do i view hands like this...

when i check that tab all i see is a summary with no option to view the full hand history.

Looks like this image that is posted is from an older version. The new version has two tabs, the first tab is “View in Text”, and the second tab is “Hand Replayer”.

What information are you looking for?
11-28-2010 , 11:29 AM
i don't see "view in text" or "hand replayer" anywhere after clicking "all hands".
11-29-2010 , 04:12 PM
If you click on the plus sign next to the hand you want to replay, the hand will expand with tabs right underneath - View in Text and Hand Replayer. Replayer is currently in beta.

I've no use for this, but interesting none the less. I also wanted to note that I think your prices are too high

super hud is pretty neat IMO. pretty resource intensive for mass multitabling + cluters the table a little

i quite liked the Profiler with the online storage and combined with Super HUD

unfortunately you guys seem to have no support at all :/

your HUD stops working when you switch tables in an MTT on iPoker
i've posted this on your forums - but your forums are just full of unanswered customer-questions...

too bad

Good point - that's why we made it fully customizable so that you can drag and drop the stats as you wish or edit them out if you find certain stats not as critical.

There was an issue with our FAQ system which we've been addressing and are now catching up on all posted questions. Please feel free to email us at support@pokerprolabs.com as well.

in my humble opinion this is a pretty good "cloud" alternative to the established poker tracking software.
