This is a great concept without the people with the fortitude or resources to develop it. Poker Pro Labs are beyond slothful with the support of ANY brand of software they create. Just look at the THOUSANDS of unanswered thread in their very own forum.

The HUD needs more customization. For example one BASIC UNIVERSAL feature of HEM Poker Tracker and just about EVERY tracking tool with a HUD is the ability to predetermine you're FAVORITE SEAT. A company and team of developers would probably SEEK feedback and correct this glaring over looked feature.

You have to change the seat on EVERY table that you sit at so this makes MTT cash games or Tourney's un efficient. Also the ability to keep track of BB and M isn't offered as well.

One of the great features is the Top Shark Pro feature integrated into the HUD. Theoretically seeing a scouting report on Villains you are facing in Sit N Go is beyond fantastic. Furthermore you can ACTUALLY filter specific types of tourney's However this feature has thus far been UNRELIABLE because the POP UP FEATURE doesn't WORK all the time. Also the aforementioned lack of preferred seating per site is also and issue with this feature.

Also the Value Pricing of this product is just way off. They seem to have arbitrarily come up with the monthly prices for use of their products.

For example they sell a Product called Tournament Shark that gives you all the basic information that Top Shark does but for around 8 bucks a month. Inexplicably for 12 bucks a month you get 600 searches a day and Most people can burn through this in a couple of hours. Why would any company price against themselves like this. It would be like Coke selling Coke zero for 25 bucks a a case while still selling Diet coke a regular prices. CRAZY.

And when you contact them via email, as I have, they don't even help you can give you the most obtuse answers.

When I Emailed them with my concerns I got back this from support.

"Hi Rodney,
Thank you for your email.
You have a silver level subscription which allows for 600 searches a day.
You have reached that limit - that's why SH stopped displaying the stats.
The quota gets reset daily.

REALY! I know my limit that was an issue in my email among others. However does Dan think that I failed to MISS the allowable searches when its the FIRST FREAKING THING YOU SEE WHEN YOU START THE FRIGGING PROGRAM?!?!?!??!

This thread is sad. This product has so much potential. If you have tournament shark it is stupid to have to make another account to use the HUD program.

does anyone had problems with HUD auto hand import while playng?

couple of times i had it like not all tables had hud on it and not all hands were uploaded with corect results. I was playing 9 tables stack on PS.

It looks like the developer has either abandoned this project or 2p2 one. People might try to contact them directly?

They had a recent update of the hud...say the last 20 days... I don't think they have abandoned anything... Its just typical support/development from this company...

Why would someone keep funneling $ out monthly/yearly for this program when they could purchase PT3 or HEM once?

I've mentioned how they price against themselves in tournament Shar Vs... Top Shark pro(they want you to pay twice the price(12 vs 7 bucks) fro the Top Shark Pro information when Tournament shark gives unlimited data 4 half the price.

In the profiler side of the program 2 bucks a month get you 100k hands and 15 bucks gives you 10 million hands. Ok 10 million hands.. In cash games. Or even tournaments do you really need to acces all 10 million hands when your playing or would 200k to 500k of the last 500k to 200k handsbe enough to get an accurate profile of your villains? so why not charge 7 bucks for the access of those hands..

the whole thing is kinda just ass backward....
