Is this product still actively supported or not?

Has support for 888 returned or not? I tried adding a known Pacific player, but SB said that no such player could be found...

I can install the program fine, but the players don't show up for Pokerstars. Anyone get this to work for stars?

I am having problems login in on all my windows 7-computers (but no problems whatsoever in windows xp) and I have contacted support etc and always get the same tips (be sure to type in, not paste, the password; make sure you are running the correct time) and done all but still it shows "login failed for user XXXXX".

So i recommend anyone using win7 to not purchase it until this is fixed.

Either the developer has abandoned this project, or he simply doesn't check this thread...either way, not good news...

MODS: just a suggestion > I think it should be a precondition to starting your own thread in this Commercial subforum that you pledge to check the thread you create and respond at some minimum interval (perhaps at least once / wk?)...and that failing to do so will get your product thread title labeled (discontinued)

We do not support Tournament or micro stake players on PokerStars.
If the players in question do not fall into those categories please let us know.

My auto open table dont work in FTP when i klick on table name..

PPLSCRIPTHOST.EXE is eating my CPU.. what that? and why it wont close after i close this buddy software?

Please make sure to use the Standard View in the lobby and remove any filters that might block the table from being displayed.

That could be due to a high number of buddies on your list as the result set can be quite large consuming your CPU and memory.
