I've had for a while and am pretty happy with it.
FT had an update on Sunday and Pokerlabs released a fix the following day.
So I would have to say their support is very good

Please nobody listen to this guy. Go through his posts 99% of them are positive comments about PokerProLabs and their software. He is a shill. I was about to buy SmartBuddy but it has been buggy as hell for me through the trial (partially working on FTP, not working at all on Absolute) and this has convinced me not to.

Boss support doesn't work for me at all

Ofcourse this aint working either after the update...as pretty much everything isnt working anymore.
Is there a chance this is gonna work like soon or ... ?

I would appreciate it if the authors of the program could comment on why smartbuddy now appears on the prohibited software list and any discussions they may have had with Full Tilt.

huh? since when?

Certain programs, websites, and subscription services provide extra information on opponents which may not be used during play. For example, the use of shared databases of tournament histories, results, and statistics are not permitted. Specific examples include:

SharkScope
Top Shark
Smart Buddy

Yes, this program still works. . We update the software every few months or so. The last update was a few weeks ago.

Hi Bluelaser,

We have no idea why Smart Buddy is on the prohibited software list on full tilt. The software does not provide any additional information on opponents, does not share a database or player statistics, does not have tournament results and is just an enhanced version of the buddy list they provide on their site minus the bells and whistles. I am sure it will be taken of the list as soon as they evaluate the product.

ATM it is especially harmless, as the software isn't working correctly for me on most sites I play..

Why your not commenting on the fact SMARTBUDDY isnt working at the moment.

This information is on every page of our website. NEWS: Full Tilt Poker had a major update affecting our software. We're currently working on a solution. Thank you for your patience

glad I found this thread, however since it's on the prohibited list at full tilt I'm not even going to check out the website. Please let us know if that gets resolved

pretty ridiculous that it's prohibited while a program like FT pokerbuddylist is allowed.

Actions speak louder than words...my buddy is back! tnx

So how is the prohibited thing going ?

Does anyone know if this works on MTT's, STT's? It seems to only find individuals playing cash.

I want to use SmartBuddy to find fish and/or buddys who are registered and playing tournaments

Got my answer from PokerProLabs:

We currently support cash games only.
We're considering adding support for tourneys in the futures.

Thank you,
Dan
