Recently pokerstars.EU changed to Pokerstars.gr for players that live in greece and my PT4 is not working and my HM2 also. Pt4 is importing hands casually while HM2 also does but the HUD cannot be displayed. Further more the directories that save handhistory seem to be on .EU files still. How can i fix it?
I am not sure if HM2 will work on that site any longer as HM2 support ended at the end of 2020 but the first thing to try is to make sure that PT4 and HM2 are configured to auto import hands from the new site's hand history and tournament summary folders. If you need help with PT4 check their PokerStars setup guide and if that does not help then send them a bug report.
Hello thanks for the answer ,i can tell you that the hands are importing at the moment the problem is that the hud is not displaying i just played about 50 hands i can view them on pokertracker.

I can't tell why the PT4 HUD is not working by looking at screenshots as I don't use PT4 regularly or work for their support team (I work for HM3 support). You need to send the screenshots and logs to the PT4 support team as instructed in the 2nd link above.
