No, but preflop trees are reduced through bucketing. It produces very accurate preflop ranges even when reducing a preflop hold'em tree to less than the size equivalent of a 0.1 flop subset tree.

Due to the algorithm and abstraction model MonkerSolver employs, it's not very feasible. It could be calculated efficiently in 2-player postflop hold'em trees, but since that specific case is not a big part of the solver, it's not a priority. There will however be some other kind of indicator of convergence eventually, which works in all cases.
