Hi,

I tried to make a sim where villain donks all his strong hands (in that case KK,TT,44,KT,K4,AQJ,KQJ,QJT4,QJT9) 100% of the time on KT4 rainbow but doesn´t bet anything else.
Before I ran it I locked the strategy for the betting part of the tree by putting KK,TT,44,KT,K4,AQJ,KQJ,QJT4,QJT9 and I locked the strategy for the checking part by putting *!(KK,TT,44,KT,K4,AQJ,KQJ,QJT4,QJT9)
If I understand that right that should cover every single hand and it should be defined for every hand how it is played on the flop by the player OOP. Unfortunately the results indicate different though. Monker shows some locked hands and some unlocked hands in the donking range and in the checking range and the locking doesn´t seem to have an influence really.

Does anyone know how to do this? Any help would be very appreciated!

Hey,
I am looking for someone to run custom solves for me in monkersolver at hourly rates. Optimally you have lots of experience running nodelocked sims yourself. Looking for long-term-ish collaboration. Please add my tg @yyzspade if interested.

Has anyone solved the problem for when Monkers Ram abstraction estimate is wrong? It says I have 185 GB ram when I really have 256 available.

Hi, where I can find a documentation about the monker solver 2 syntax? (auto add settings, custom rake etc.)

Do you need the same amount of RAM to load solutions as you do actually running the simulation for a result?

Can you load monker1 solutions in monker2?

Is monker2 even supported anymore?

I purchased a virtual machine from Contabo and can’t seem to connect to it from my Remote Desktop. It keeps saying can’t connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:
1. Remote access to the server is jot enabled
2. The remote computer is off
3. The remote computer is not available on the network.

I also can’t reach support cuz it’s a euro number and I tried all the steps to fix it on the site. Please someone help.

Man sounds like a firewall problem or something like that.

Depends how many streets you want to load, if you want to actually load the whole .mkr file the answer is yes, I've a lot troubles loading v1 into v2, monker has an awful support that's for sure.

I would pm you, but I just signed up here and don't have the permissions to do so yet. What I am looking to do is set up a rake structure live 1/3 game if it doesn't get to a flop they only rake $1, but if it gets to a flop they rake $5 if the pot is greater than $10, but only rake $1 if the pot is less than $10. Is this possible to do?

Hey everyone, just searching through previous messages on this thread, and it seems common consensus that for postflop sims, running them to a volatility of 2 seems to be a good level of accuracy. However, this seems to equate to a really low level of I/N (approximately 10 I/N), whereas I thought postflop sims should always be ran to an I/N of at least 25? Is a volatility of 2 accurate if the I/N only equals ~ 10?

Hey depends on the game, usually we use volatility 2 because we rerun turns for PLO. In NLH you can let it running til gets better then you don't need to rerun it later on.

Thanks for the response. I'm running a 3-way PLO8 flop sim with 1 bet size, but the same runs true for a HU PLO8 flop sim with 2 bet sizes. In both instances they get to a volatility of 2.00 at approximately 10 I/N. I always assumed 10 I/N to be low accuracy for a flop sim.

Which version do I need so I can use the custom filter GUI below? My version (2.1.9 Gibbon) has only an actions box and a blank section to write in the filters manually using syntax.

Is there a guide on using syntax?

Thanks
