Mystery bounty tournaments are quickly becoming one of the most popular tournament formats. However, as of yet there is no easy solution to working out just how valuable and worthwhile it is to gamble for bounties at different stages of the tournament. The MB Poker Calculator solves this problem. It is a new mobile app which can be used to quickly calculate the chip and $ values of mystery bounties.

Just as normal bounties in PKO tournaments can be converted into chips, the same can be done for mystery bounties. Simply type in the number of entries, starting stack and the prize pool (which can be quickly generated to save you time) and let the app do the rest. The mystery bounties can be individually typed in and removed as they are won, or an average value can be created using the “simplify” feature.
