Are you trying activate on another machine? If it's the same machine have you made any changes to it (ram, drives, etc?)
Can you email me (same email address that sent you your license) with the email address that you signed up to https://siqsoft.com with?

Is there a tutorial on how to upload a pio sim into lucid? I just did a pio sim and saved it but when I tried to import onto lucid, i was unable to find the sim that I had just saved. What format do the pio saves have to be in?

I see that a new version of LucidGTO is coming out, in partnership with Upswing Poker. Any ETA on this? It's been pending beta for quite some time now. Is there currently no version of Lucid available to the public?
