When running Updater separately, it still reports "Could not get list of installed products".
When you updated, did you click to uninstall current version? It will keep your reports, but there's past versions that need to be over written and re-installed.

I believe I did. I just re-installed Ace Poker Drills, which I also own, did uninstall current version, but still the updater says "Could not get list of installed products".

Can I download and reinstall the updater? Or what do you suggest?

I would uninstall the current version using the LB uninstaller or windows uninstall. Then download again and install. There was an early version that was in a different install directory, and it's quite possible you might have that one and so it's looking for files in the wrong location.

Uninstalled and reinstalled both LeakBuster and Ace Poker Drills, both updater still says "Could not get list of installed products". Oh well, I guess I just have to manually update the products when needed.

Hi, i've posted a few times about Leakbuster, and am a big fan of the software. One feature i probably haven't spent enough time with is Step 7 (Filters). It gives you alot of filter options, and it is pretty nice to be able to pull those hands right up in the replayer. i was curious if in the future the Filters feature could be added Step 9 (Opponents) ? Would be cool to apply the filters and see how the villian would play certain hands or situations. I have no idea if this is possible, but just throwing it out there.

Ya, that's super strange. I have a feeling something is left over from a previous version. If you can do a remote session, I can have support help you out. If you can, PM me with your email and I can set it up.

Wanted to give this some thought. We had initially wanted to do much more in step 9, but the query time for the data we wanted to do took too long in HM1. Hm2 is now much faster so there are more possibilities here. After we launch the new interface and filters in the next week, then I'll see about re-visiting this. Thanks for the suggestion. Any other suggestions always welcomed.

That would be awesome. Maybe wouldn't have to be as in depth as the Step 7 filters, but some common situations would be cool.

I downloaded the free trial and it seems confusing. I can't seem to find the user manual. One of the things I found is a hand chart but only for 6 max? Why not FR?

If I pay for the full version will there be more tools to lead me through the process of correcting leaks?

What is the minimum number of hands to have before it is even considered a useful tool? I have 20,000 hands at the moment. I know that is very small but would LB point out obvious things I'm missing?

I've already got HEM and have been collecting data while playing and really want to start improving my game. Just not sure where to go from here.

Any thoughts?

Depending on what version of HM you have there's a manual located in your HM root directory, and also in the members area of Leak Buster (step 1, advanced mode). I can't post email here, but you can also contact support and they can send it to you.

Yes. In the paid version there is a ton of information, and there's also previous live workshops you can view in the members area of the software, and tutorial content.

There are full ring and 6-max charts. It's going to show you based on the analysis that you did. With 20k hands it will show you a lot of helpful information. Obviously the larger the sample, the more info you will get, but the weight of the leak is based on sample size. So if you have a small sample for a specific area of your play, say turn play, it's going to weight the leak less important unless the winrate is super low for that area of your game.

That is helpful. I think I'll purchase when the updated release comes out. When is that?

this question has been raised in the past but I dont found a solution

is it possible to generate a report in pdf form out of the leakbuster analysis?

what bothers me is that I cant even select the text so I can copy paste some notes for later review...

it would really be very helpfull to have this feature for offline review

I'm told end of next week, but nothing is for certain. Still lots of testing going on. Whenever you purchase though, updates are free of charge.

We used to have this as a feature for step 2/3, but not presently anymore. After the next update, the plan is to make all steps into exportable data formats for coaches/students. It's already in the que.

I just added a 2nd screen name in HM2. Does Leakbuster recognize this just by switching the player in HM2, or is there anything i have to select differently in Leakbuster itself?

Yes, whoever you have selected in HM2, Leak Buster will just grab. Just make sure you have your alias selected if you're trying to combine usernames across multiple sites.

Is the full ring HUD available anywhere? I like what I saw in the video and want to use it. One thing I did notice is it did not track hand count.

I can't post here, but contact support and they can send it to you. It does not have hand count added in there, for space saving, but you can add or tweak it as needed.

We don't handle the payments. Holdem manager handles it through their payment processors. You can contact their support. You may have a mismatched address or something simple. Don't really know, but let me know if there's something I can do to help.

I'm not showing them as incorrect. Are you sure you're filtering in PT for the number of players at your table? What version are you using?
