I know most of these bugs have been worked out, minus the opponent stat issue. This is something that when transferring from HM to PT the stat calculation isn't being created in a format that will allow for speedy analysis. It's a point of emphasis to create faster queries at this point. HM's database is structured much better, so getting everything optimized across countless systems that there are no way we can test with has been a task that our team has been working on every day.

Honestly for software that is a month old, there are very few bugs. The reality is that upon release there's no way in the PC market you can catch every single bug. All software manufactures do their best, but you can't cover every platform scenario, it's not realistic. If you are unhappy for some reason though, we will gladly refund your money.

30% is simply not even close to true. I understand, and we all wish that every piece of software that existed never had bugs or issues, but it's not realistic. There are over 540 leaks Leak Buster looks for and over 300k operations it does. Re-player works, except with SOME sites on 5-max hands. We are working on this. What poker site are you primarily playing on? You have some very strange version of LB because we don't even have the filters installed directly in PT. There are some issues with 5-max hands on a couple of sites. Are you playing primarily 5-max?

I play 6max Ipoker. Maybe the problem in different currencies.
Also, a many of problems with Russian translation.

Possible, but doubtful. I'll pass it on to the developer. We have a new Russian translation going in next release. So since I don't speak it, you can let me know if it's better.

Quick question... is this Boss media you're primarily playing on? Think we fixed this issue. Regardless, the next update has a ton of fixes and new stuff in for the PT3 version.

I would really like to try this software, but I'm not very serious about Poker, I only have about 15k hands saved, so I don't think there is much sense in buying it, is there a trial available? If not, will there be in future?

Saying that though, for the information I want, I guess you want the money for the software regardless of how big my database is

There is a non-expiring trial of the HM and PT versions. It has limited functionality, but you can get an idea of what it can do.

There's very little of what you say is true, many bugs are fixed in the PT3 version, and the primary issues you are having are unique. You make an account on 2+2 specifically to post in this thread, and most of your posts are extremely rude. I've offered several times to issue you a refund. We're more than happy to address your concerns or issues, and we're trying to resolve any bugs as they arise.

Of all the bugs that I wrote, fixed River Call Efficiency, Step5, Step6 (3Bet).

You probably aren't setting the proper filter in PT3 to get the same stats in LB as in PT3 (if you're doing 6-max, you need to set the players in PT to 5-6). This was an issue awhile back. Everyone who had this issue has reported it as solved, and we've verified it on our side. So if it's not working for you, it's likely a filter issue, or it's something site specific (like I said). We are well aware PT and HM stats are different.

I think the best way to solve it is to just have the developer go on your system. I already PM'd you and we can set something up.

I have just bought leak buster and when i watch one of the videos it says "demo version" in the left top corner. Is it just a bug that it displays this or could i have done something wrong?

I see - LB Flop Agg% corresponds with Flop AFq in PT3. Same Turn, River Agg% and Agg%.
Flop AFq PT3 = 43,2.. 50,7 = Caliing Station or "Fit or Fold" player.
Link from PT3 site with Flop AFq including Check. Download and compare that with LB.

For example
LB Flop Agg% = 61.6
PT3 Flop AFq = 61.55
Flop AFq including Check = Flop Agg% HM = 44.1

LB Turn Agg% = 54.8
PT3 Turn AFq = 54.83
Turn AFq including Check = Turn Agg% HM = 33.9

Your advice to reduce aggression will only lead to loss of money.
