I've downloaded the soft a few days ago and asked for the beta version. But it doesn't work at all.

I've made a Layout for 8 tables on 2 screens, so I selected 8 playing zones, same dimensions for having full screens display.
On the first one, 4 tables Partypoker. They just don't want to go on playing zones. And when they do it, the new dimensions make them "distorted" with the bet tool outside the zone.
On the second one, 4 tables Pokerstars. The first table is ok and very beautiful (no distortion), but it doesn't work for the others.

I've tried everything in the options but nothing's good. I'm pretty sure I didn't set up the soft in the good way.
Could you help me ? Thanks !

Does this software run on windows 7?

Unfortunately Windows 7 has no support from Microsoft and hasn't had for a long time. This leads to things related to new security standards not being patched on these older version of Windows, so it causes connectivity issues as well as some internal issues with the app.

We always recommend moving to newer versions of Windows, not just because of Juro but also for your own safety.

Hey, I'm looking to switch to xbox controller/joystick as I'm having problems with shoulder/back pain from using a mouse. Which of the following sites can I use it on; Stars, Party, GG, Ipoker? Also can you tell me which controller I need to buy and what steps I need to take to get it set up. Many thanks.

Hey bro!

You can use it on all those sites though it will work differently, for example on GG we trigger the poker site's built in hotkeys and in Party we trigger they betsizes buttons (instead of using our custom ones).

The controller you should buy at least for now is the official Windows one that looks like a XboX one, the one I've got comes with a wireless adapter that you plug into a USB port and gives you a pretty stable Bluetooth connection.

I want to thank jurojin for having such a good customer service I had a problem with jurojin, it did not detect the WPN, it is where I play the most and it was horrible having to place the tables playing 14 at the same time,

they have done a great job, showing a lot of patience since they couldn't find the problem, they connected to my pc with a remote access program, it worked terrible, we tried another one and also, but they kept trying to solve the problem and in the end they managed to solve it

I recommend jurojin because it is a great program and has great customer service, many companies should learn from them
