Sounds very familiar. I think the software is great but has bugs. The support team (if it is actually a team) is quick to fix easy issues but when they get tough, it’s radio silence or some cross remark. I’ve seen it numerous times on their Discord where users complain still having this issue and I’ve msged etc. those tend to get ignored while. Seems quite blatant when question both above and below are directly answers.

The support response reminds me very much like Ignition Hand Grabber when it was in its beta phase. If something was hard to fix it was very much ignored after a point with the support sometimes getting extremely rude on forums to people asking for help. Eventually they started charging without actually fixing several of the issues. I’m sure that will happen here or they will sell the product to a larger company after a large user base is generated.

Can’t really get too bent out of shape over something free, but nothing is really free.

We try to reply all messages no matter the sbuject, If you feel your message was ignored please just send a reminder about it so we can check, we get several messages per day so it's easy to forget about one in particular.

I'm not sure what your problem is but you're right there are things that are harder to solve, not just because they are technically hard but because sometimes there are things that only happen after hours into a session or that only happen on a final table of a tournament (and only if you are playing it, not ovserving it), so you see how that might be a challenge to just even see what might be going on.

We are commited to a quality support and anything you might feel different than that level of commitment is related to the challenge of the bug itself and not an unwillingness to solve anything. (But I will say it again, if you feel your message was ignored please remind our team of it by auto replying to your comment on our discord)

About your question, We do have custom betsizes, both in BB preflop and as a PSB% postflop, however they do not insta bet at the moment (we will make several improvements to hotkeys in the future, including more sizes to choose from and ways to set them)

Hey man! Please talk to our support on discord! I have seen this error on several apps, usually means you need to update the GPU drivers and/or Windows, please check on Youtube there are several guides on how to fix this for several apps!

You guys literally saved my ass.
I made a living playing live PLO5 for years, but in 2020 live-poker was more or less banned in my home country.

Online I always was a real tilt monkey.
Not because I didn't beat the limits, but because it drove me crazy when I didn't click the right spot on a table in time to raise my nuts, and my hand got folded instead.

Or because the new tables just opened somewhere again and had to be adjusted first, while I was late again on the other tables.
If anything, the other available table managers made the situation worse by their erratic behavior.

Since I installed Jurojin about two weeks ago, I haven't had a single minus session.
The software is just great!

Hi, there was a new ignition update, and my table tamer hotkeys are no longer working. I don't think that software is being updated, so I'm looking for an alternative.

What features does this software have on ignition? (Off the top of my head, I use table tamer for bet/fold/shove etc. hotkeys, autoreg tournaments, and table placement on my screen.)

How many of the generally-available Jurojin Ignition features are currently working after the Ignition update?

I just want to leave an overwhelming positive feedback both on the software and the support. I had a problem that was quickly addressed in an effective and friendly manner.
I cannot understand why it is free because developers deserve the every penny
