yeah thank you herrbert, we sorted it out, it was a specific problem because I made a big (1200*1000) layout
but now everything is fine

Okay the probalem was that I had an old beta still on this computer. Now a new problem has occured. There are no preselect buttons and therefore (?) the betpot by monk does not work properly.

Uhm, that layout should work. I remember monk PMing me screenshot about something with that layout so he probably tested it otherwise he would have said something.

Something to keep in mind when using his betpot is that when you change some settings or layouts with minimaxmod you must click "mini-tables" in the betpot app to reload the settings.

edit: just tried it. Seems to be working fine.

He checks the "fold to any bet" check boxthat is still there. Only checkbox that is missing is the "check" - well for this particular layout there's some cutoff for the rightmost check boxes, but that is a layout issue. And well the betpot hotkeys all work.

From site:

The iPoker client layout framework I am bound to didn't let me edit the position of the "check" checkbox properly so I removed it as it would get in the way of any element that happens to be on that place. There are still alternatives. You can use the "check/fold" checkbox or the "fold to any bet" checkbox/hotkey that are still there.

monks betpot checks the check/fold checkbox or the "fold to any bet" depending on the situation.

Working on my own layout, and wondered if there was a way to include seats 2 + 8 in the "top" group?

Would like to have the top 5 seats in a straight row.

Added a seatX_cfg variable for every seat. 0 will make it a TOP seat (the holecards will be under the seat - like the top row seats in the default layout) 1 will make it a regular seat (holecards will be above the seat)

the only thing I think Im missing is the ability to change the font sizes (and button size but did it with ibolide)

I dont know how your zoom command works but could it be used for stack/potsizes (nevermind player names)?

can I use bigger chips?

I am getting the same error mentioned earlier:

unable to open ../M3_DATA/smallview.gam
unable to open ../M3_DATA/smallview.gam

The file M3_DATA is there but smallview.gam is not.
This is the only version I have ever installed.
This is on Vista.. However it works fine on my old machine which is using an older version of windows.

I thought I may have to check 'run as an adminisrator' in the advanced properties, however this oprion is not checkable.

Hope you can help because I really want to buy this.

will make another screenshot with HUD when I play another $ session,
last session I was too pissed off

You really could use a higher res background image imo. That is nasty.
So having the betbuttons in the middle really helps? I cant see myself playing like that to be honest.

yeah I will make it pitchblack again like in my previous layouts..
to each its own I guess?

to me the buttons in the middle really help,
I need to act quick while stacking, you know?

now I instantly see the flop/my cards, look only a little bit below and see the potsize and the size of the bet infront of me (if there is one)
then I look further for specific players in the hand/their stats..

most important for me is now I can play while sitting much further away from the
screen, making longer sessions possible,,
