Load 1 table only. Unlock and align your player positions. Save and lock your layout. Then load remaining tables. It will work.

If you have preferred seating on, make sure you have the correct positions set on the card catcher and bovada.

If you're are using .6 version and are sure this is happening, then please turn on logging in the card catcher and when it happens, go into settings on the catcher and click he create log button. It will create a .zip file in the card catcher directory. Just send that to support and we can look at it.

I don't even know how many hours and hands we've run now to try and replicate this and haven't seen it. I have mostly people saying the resets work fine, so I'm very curious what you're seeing. And if you can clarify how you know this is happening, because we've spent a lot of meticulous hours checking when players leave, sit out, etc.. and their hand counts.

Never thought to look in the card catcher settings, and I wass drunk and so annoyed lol.

Any idea as to why tournament HUD won't come up, but hands are being imported? Cash is fine, both with importing and HUD. I have newest BCC version 2.06.6.

Doing this now, When a player busts or moves off the table in a mtt, and is replaced with a new player, the hud pops up the old players number.

I am doing the logging now and will send the file to support today.

Make sure you have clicked start catching before you load a tournament table up. Otherwise it should work fine. I have no reports from anyone of it not working. Are you using HM2 or PT4, and is that consistent with what it says in the config section of the catcher?

Yes my settings are setup correctly, I'm using PT4. Cash I have no problems, both importing into PT4 and my HUD works just fine after the recent updates. The problem is MTT hands are being imported, yet my HUD doesn't pop up.

I cant MTT working at all after the new update to bovada? Do you have to use ipoker now? ... cash seems to work fine

BCC set to PT4 database and pokerstars mode unchecked. iPoker Network Configuration "Get hands from site while playing"-checked. Directories configuration: C: yada yada \Handhistories. I select Start Catching prior to taking my seat from the lobby. Then select 'Get hands while Playing' in PT4, it imports hands, but my hud hasn't been appearing with the new update....thanks errrrbody

Played about 30 mtts and sngs yesterday. 0 errors. Nice work!

If you're having an issue w/ HUD coming up on MTT's, then check your PT4 version please - addressing this to the last couple of posts. PT did have an issue w/ ipoker, so if you haven't updated PT in awhile, try that. If all else fails... reboot. Because it should be working just fine. We're going to put PT version detection in one of these next builds.

It's impossible for me to play mtt's with the catcher on. Every time I have the catcher loaded it disconnects me and bovada crashes. Using 2.06.6

Nevermind, you just have to use HEM hud and not tournament indicator

However, half of the HUDs have the wrong player #, but I don't think this is too big of a deal.

Using 2.06.6 and the Bovada client crashed twice today. Both times I was playing 4 tables. First time was a mixture of cash and tournament, second time was just cash. Not sure if this is BCC related, or Bovada related.

Also, does anyone know if after getting disconnected from a cash game if you can re-connect yourself after restarting the Bovada client? I was able to re-connect to my tournament, but not my cash game.

Any thoughts?

I got same last night 4 times and now tonight 3 times and have just given up for today. Last night it was doing it every 10 minutes or less and I just gave up and emailed Bovada and they refunded my MTT buyins, I had 4 cash and 3 or 4 MTTs going at the time. Tonight I've not even tried any MTTs because BCC HUD isn't working for that for me anyways, just had 4 cash, but its also been crashing every half hour or less. Unsure if its BCC related of course, but the entire Bovada client will just crash and disappear. I don't even get a Windows error message or anything, it just all disappears at once. Stunning how hard it is to simply pay rake to Bovada, the client has been more or less unplayable for most people for going on 3 weeks now yea? At what point does this begin to cost Bovada tremendous amounts of lost rake and having to pay overlays to a lot of MTTs every single night?

I don't know at this point other than it's not bcc related. Like I said earlier, we did plenty of stress tests here and we've look at at least one log that had a crash and it wasn't related to BCC. BCC is also only fluctuating about 1MB in resources over 3+ hours of use. I know this was happening on Bovada post software update before BCC was even released, so I suspect some memory leaks w/ Bovada since people were reporting slow downs, lag, etc... my best suggestion is to close down as much as you can before you start a session, whether you're using BCC or not.

I've had some pretty long sessions myself the last day and hadn't had any issues. I have another poker friend who had it crash twice, but he also had a ton of stuff running at the time. I'm sure they will get it worked out. But for now try and run your system as clean as you can.

If you do have a crash you can send logs to support just to double check. Click create logs in the settings on BCC. It never hurts to verify as much as possible.

I just ran another quick test session of cash - 1 hour. No issues. 2 full ring, 2 6-max. Player resets were correct, didn't drop any hands. Data totals matched perfectly. No hangs or crashes obviously. I'll do some more myself for tournies. I have a couple of people running them constantly, and on different types of games, limit, PLO, etc... no reported issues back.

How come images won't post anymore from so many sites on 2+2? Are they blocking these types of sites now?

Found the issue where a new player isn't being reset in MTT's. So we have that fixed and I'll have a build out later today for it. Everything else looks good. Dare I say that might be it.

Just wanted to pop in to say that the most recent release is working flawlessly for me at HU cash (on the Stars setup that is). I was having a lot of trouble pre and post update with ipoker setup and hem2 not showing a hud.) I haven't tried the ipoker setting for a week or more because the stars setup has been easy to get working.

I have been having the issue where the poker client just randomly closes also. I have not been using BCC for the last 2 days and have had zero crashes compared to 5 or 6 in a span of 4 hours on monday. Also I noticed today that if im running BCC and i turn off my wifi connection and turn it back on the client crashes everytime when reconnecting. Without BCC running it just reconnects as normal.

If someone else with the crashing issue wants to test that also to make sure it's not just some crazy variance I am having that would be great.

Thanks. Yeah, erratic wifi connection could be a potential issue. I'll check this out more. I know that the last couple of days people have said that the bovada client has been dropping less also. It could be a combination of wifi connection drops and bovada drops. But there should be some extra protection we can put there. No one on my team, nor myself have had this issue, but that's a good clue to try and re-produce a potential issue for people who have some connection issues. Thanks again.
