Its importing something. perhaps I have a HM2 problem tho. my hud is all messed up. I cant even figure out whats going on yet. Ill do a bit more testing.

So for everything's good on my end, will post any issues I find.



To other players, make sure you go into settings and reconfigure anything that might have changed and hit install hud for your specific tracking software. As soon as I did that I got my hud up and running just like before.


Im not totally clear on the ps vs ipoker stuff but I chose ps like before and my hud seems to be exactly how I had it.

heres what I found so far. seems that the hud is having trouble starting on tables and then missing quite a few hands to errors once the hud has started on the table. this is the result on 2 cash game tables. I may have not started the software in the correct order or need to reboot the software/bodog. Or maybe it has to do with the pokerstars config. Hope this info helps and Ill try to get it going more smoothly




edit: Im now getting about half the hands imported, an improvement from about 1/4 of them at the start.
edit edit: apparently my mathing skills are terrible. getting more than 1 hand imported in every 3 but not quite 50/50. will restart soon and test more

I found an issue but Im not sure if its on the BCC end. I just noticed that FR and 6m tables are one and the same when saving the position of the hud

Still missing About 20% of my hands aswell. And the HUD keeps trying to back to 9max

If you have a virus scanner or something, then you may need to tell it to allow the file since it's new.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Still working on some things. I wouldn't put this out at all, but I assume for a lot of you it's better than not having anything right now based on all the e-mails and PM's. The other kinks will get worked out, and tournament support in soon as well (maybe not until tomorrow though).

trying to run the updated version with the same pokerstars configuration and not only is the HUD not displaying, it doesnt look like the card catcher is actually importing any hands to the program file directory where it's supposed to, and the table display in the card catcher program isnt showing table names on the buttons, just that broken "TBL 12345678" type of label. i have HEM2 correctly configured to auto-import from the ace poker solutions HH folder in the program file directory on C:/, so im kind of stuck scratching my head here.

Same for me. No hh's being written and table names are listed as TBL#.... Stakes are listed correctly as are multiple tables. But no hh anywhere to be found.

i know a lot of people run the old version of hem2 which will import hands from the converter with hole cards known, but i'm using HEM 2.0.0.8316 which is a bit newer altho not the newest as they keep prompting me to update when i log in.

Try setting up the ipoker setup. Same thing, just set ipoker for the card catcher HH directory.

We're aware about the tables all being treated as full ring. That's the fun of trying to get it to work with multiple formats of 3rd party software. They are working it.

You have to START the catcher before you load a table. We'll be addressing this on official release. It won't work completely for tournaments. Just cash.

You need to make sure that you're starting the catcher before you open a table. Like I said in release notes, this will be addressed in official release, but if you don't do this, you're not going to get hands written.

Fyi, I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional yet by bovada/bodog, but I've seen a table have the same table name even though it was the exact same stakes and format. I've never seen that before on there. So I'm unsure if that's a bug or something we should address. I've only seen it once so far.

When is the plan to start working on tournaments? Is there any way at the moment to get some sort of hud up for tournaments?

I had the sma eproblem you need to click the "More info" button then it'll show you the "Run Anyway" button.

ok i downloaded the newest beta and switched it over to ipoker mode, added the cardcatcher HH folder and it works. once again, you definitely have to start the card catcher BEFORE you open the table if you want it to show up on the table finder and be able to attach the HUD
