I played a $33 Contender Warmup MTT on Bovada on Saturday where the BCC stopped working after a few hours. I had to restart BCC and PT4 to get it running again. I ended up taking 6th but PT4 counts this as -$33+3. I can't tell you how messed up my PT4 wins/losses are for cash as well, which is why I manually keep records.

Is anyone else having skewed results? I'll say that about less than 5% of the time, the net $ is off for various reasons like BCC missed a key hand in cash or it calculates incorrectly. A few times I bought in, doubled or tripled up and ended up losing it all having invested a single bullet but PT4 has it as -300 BB. It's a nuisance to have to use paper and pen but I need the results to be as close to accurate as possible.

Also, when I look at the advanced section by tournament, it says I only played 2 hours when I played at least 4-5.

Guys... I appreciate you posting when you have issues. And I understand having a problem is frustrating, but you need post what version you're using.

The issues you're talking about, should have been resolved with the latest build. If they haven't then I need to know. But I haven't seen what you're talking about in quite some time. I'm assuming you have an old version. The latest is in this thread or on our website.

I think Jusb is asking the same question, and we can only show hands that are forced to show their hand at showdown. It's standard poker rules, and the info is not provided if they don't have to show. If they do, then we grab the hand and put it into the HH file.

We're trying to get your whole Mac setup working. It's just not easy since we don't have the same kind of setup as you do.

I think you also have advanced logging on w/ the older version and you should just turn it off. It's going to be creating several streams, and that's likely your crash issue.

Yes my MTT problems occurred while I was running 2.05.2. I'm not sure about advanced logging vs just regular logging but for the time being I've turned logging off. I'll send you the logs from Sunday.

But how could BCC be causing the Bovada client to crash? I usually wouldn't blame it for that but once I quit BCC, Bovada stopped crashing.

I do have it checked it Card Catcher as well as highlighted compared to last hand.

I know your setup is a little unorthodox, but it should work once this is off. As far as MTT, I'll have to dig deeper because most feedback / testing has show it to be working once moved just fine. I'll keep investigating.

I'm just not seeing or having reports of this from anyone but one other person on the mac setup right now. And I know why that issue is.

Can you send support your bcc.log file (in the main card catcher directory)? I might need to turn some more logging on for you and get a file from you.

Fyi, I just ran an MTT right now with version 5.2 and PT4 like your setup, got moved and it worked fine. Picked up previous players from a table before as well. No issue.

It doesn't need to be set at anything. If you're running version 5.2 it should work. But if you have some UHD setting or something, it's possible it might not work. I don't know, that's why I was asking. The normal on table timebank should work just fine. Auto time bank, on some UHD resolution may not work.

Just right click on your desktop and go to screen resolution and let me know what it says. Thanks.

Ok, thanks. Just turn it off for now and use the time bank on the table. I tried a couple of more settings and had it not auto click today as well. I'm not sure why because it was working fine.

There's a last hand link at the top left you can click, or the re-player. These were blocked by the HUD overlay from the database apps, but we put a work around in so they are clickable now.

Just fyi, I played some MTTs a few days ago (using v5.2) and it stopped catching hands on a few tourneys. Here's the BCC.log from my session: http://pastebin.com/DZrz5y36.

I'll be playing a few this weekend so I'll get a better report (BCC and full HHs) if it breaks again.

Ok, thanks. If you start and stopped it, did it work again? Do you have auto time bank on or advanced logging?

I have my guys playing a matrix of MTT's this weekend. Just to see if it's a 3 word table issue or what's going on. All reports but 2 now are that it's been working fine on them. And yes, if you see anything else, please send. I'd like to fix any outlier issues left.
