I havent updated to the newest software however plying today (rematching a guy for 3-4 games in HUSNG) while it ends up stopping to work on 1 of my tables.. then my hole bodog crashes completely and i get blinded out of my two games..

Has this happened 2 anyone before? Sorry pretty new to Bodog...

The newest version seems to finally work well with Windows 10. I've played a few MTTs and 10K or so cash hands with no issues. Fingers crossed that things stay that way.

Ok, yeah I figured nothing has changed there. Maybe it's my DB getting large. fwiw I already started with a fresh DB a few months ago. But if it becomes a bigger problem I'll experiment with a fresh DB and report back.

In other news it seems the 3 worded table name bug is back (2.05.2). I was in a game where it appears in the GUI, hands are imported fine, but no HUD appears on the table. I've had logging enabled all day if you want me to send it in.

I don't know what version you're on. The only crash we've had is recently w/ auto time bank enabled. But update to the latest version. It shouldn't crash at any point..

Ok, it must be something else going on w/ the 3 word tables. Because it was a case sensitivity issue and it's worked, so something else must be happening. I'm having issues getting the hud to display on bovada.
It pops up in the table selection window but not on my actual table.
Does it make a difference if I'm running a different graphic skin on bovada?

I'm trying to run BCC on a new laptop but I don't know what my serial is. I've looked everywhere but can't find it. The serial was used on 1 PC until now. I sent an email to support in the morning but no response yet.

My mistake, I see that I got a response a few hours ago but I need the serial.

Having issues with cash games. Have been using an older version. Started a session and the HM2 HUD was all messed up in the sense that it seemed to constantly move the stats around, never being on the correct seat. Even if I adjusted they were messed up after a few more hands.

I upgraded to v.2.05.1a but still it is not working correctly. The HUD for seat 2 never shows up and other seats are just blank as far as stats go.

Using HM2 version 2.0.0.8311

No, skins or mods don't matter. This is with HM2? What version of the catcher are you running?

The HUD stats moving around doesn't have to do with the card catcher. That's with your HM2 settings. Do you have preferred seating turned on? If so make sure that everything is set correctly. You need to have it set on bovada, in the catcher, AND in HM2. But if you're having a lot of difficulty, try turning it off first, getting the HUD straight, and then locking your layout.

Also, update to 5.2. That's going to be one of the final versions for a while, so might as well get the absolute newest too.

I noticed that when someone bets all in, the catcher converts this action to a raise as opposed to a bet.

Just played a MTT for the first time in a while yesterday and I noticed that there was some flashing going on throughout my 6 hr. session. Maybe once every few minutes or so. It doesn't happen w/ cash ever. I'm using v2.05.2 now.

In most situation this shouldn't matter, unless the all-in is not over the min amount bet. Could you send me a hand? I'll take a look at this too if I can find some example. Thanks.

Auto time bank must be turned on. Just turn it off on settings on the catcher if it's bothering you. Maybe you just didn't notice it on your cash tables.

Anyone else having the issue of BCC failing to import after breaks and/or table changes?

Almost always have to reset BCC after multiple breaks.

I tried playing a few tournaments yesterday and it was basically a disaster. Any time I was moved or busted out and entered a new one I'd have to restart the catcher in order for the table number to come up. Then an hour later my Bovada client was crashing every 20 minutes or so. I wasn't sure if BCC was the culprit so I decided to just shut it down and use HI/TI instead. No more crashes after that. These problems are specific to tournaments.

The last hand history is now showing called (but mucked) hands at showdown. Would it be possible to have that in the hand history that is imported into HM2?

What version are you running? The latest version is running fine with tournaments as far as we've seen.

You're running a very old version. Update to the latest and it should work fine. All posted updates are in this thread or you can go to the website and get the latest as well.

Did you end up updating to the latest version? The table number coming up shouldn't matter. As long as the HUD is loading. Like I said, we're removing that.

We're trying to get your whole Mac setup working. It's just not easy since we don't have the same kind of setup as you do.

I think you also have advanced logging on w/ the older version and you should just turn it off. It's going to be creating several streams, and that's likely your crash issue.

Are you talking about the catcher or the converter?

I played a $33 Contender Warmup MTT on Bovada on Saturday where the BCC stopped working after a few hours. I had to restart BCC and PT4 to get it running again. I ended up taking 6th but PT4 counts this as -$33+3. I can't tell you how messed up my PT4 wins/losses are for cash as well, which is why I manually keep records.

Is anyone else having skewed results? I'll say that about less than 5% of the time, the net $ is off for various reasons like BCC missed a key hand in cash or it calculates incorrectly. A few times I bought in, doubled or tripled up and ended up losing it all having invested a single bullet but PT4 has it as -300 BB. It's a nuisance to have to use paper and pen but I need the results to be as close to accurate as possible.
