Yes, I shut it down. I always load Bovada and PT4 and then rhe catcher. About 1/3 of the time since downloading 4.7 it has froze Bovada where I had to restart. I'll try 4.7a to see if that fixes it.

If you click the PT4 or HM2 HUD install buttons on the catcher it will load these onto your system so you can import them into your database. There's a video that explains the HUD here also:

Hi, the 4.7 is working very well, except today I'm getting a new error message that I haven't got before. When I get this error, the hud doesn't appear or if it has already appeared, it quits recording new hands.

Alright I am trying to get the hang of this, but for whatever reason every SNG I play it shows up as a MTT in PT4 which I can live with. However, for all my SNG the last hand I play does not seem to be imported. I am not sure if it is in only the SNGs I take first but its causing all my ITM and ROI stats to be off. Any suggestions?

Thanks. Yeah, I haven't seen this before. The next version will have some better logging so if you have some kind of random issue like this we can re-produce it w/o having to do the actual scenario. If you can, send your bcc.log file to support and they can forward to the developers to look at.

It shouldn't be doing this. It might be related to the last change we did in MTT's. I'm going to look into it because MTT's seem fine. S&G's I haven't heard or seen anything, but if there's an issue we'll fix it next build.

All my MTTs track fine. I don't have PT4 in front of me now but when I would try to view the stats it would label my SNGs as MTTs, and like I said in the SNGs the last hand would never get recorded and as a result the win wouldn't get recorded. If I remember right it would indicate that I finished in 0 place. Keep in my mind I have always used HM2 but decided to try PT4 trial due to many reports that it is less buggy and works better with the BCC so there is always the chance I am not using PT4 correctly.

Thanks. No it's a new issue. The developer changed something, and it caused an issue with S&G's. It will be fixed this next build.

Just tried it. It doesn't help unfortunately. And it adds an odd shadowed box over seat 6 with the Last Hand link bordering the top of the box. Not sure if this helps, but when I'm fast enough to click TWO Mac windows before the Bovada window steals focus, the Mac windows stay in the foreground. This won't work 100% of the time though.

The dock items issue is partially fixed here. They don't show up while the tables are open, but when I close the tables the dock items re-appear as "minimized" windows. When I click on them they "maximize" to either nothing or a small grey box in the upper left hand of my monitor.

Anyway, back to 2.04.6 for me. Hopefully this can get resolved so I can stay current with future updates.

I think we're just going to have an option setting in future builds. Is there a reason you don't put it in coherence mode on your mac, since it sounds like it works ok in that mode? I'm curious because I'm still learning about Mac's.

Yes, it's your DPI setting, but like I said in several messages just above this, the next build is going to have a completely re-worked auto time bank that won't have any flashing and should work on any DPI setting.

The reverse. The problem is when Coherence mode is turned on. Coherence mode allows the Windows and Mac windows to coexist as if they were in the same operating system. When Coherence mode is turned off, Windows exists inside of one large window, and the virtual machine thinks that whatever that window size is is the resolution of your monitor. It's not very convenient.

Ok, gotcha. Thanks for the explanation. We'll add a setting, and possibly try another approach here soon. This next build I'm told won't have the setting, but I will push it in for the following build for sure.

Just bought this today and tried it out. It is working pretty well, except it missed a hand where i was all in and lost. I had an all in and won and it showed up. Is there a common problem lost all ins that it cant catch the HH?

If it's the last hand played at the table, then yes. Right now it's missing those most of the time (for a complicated random reason). We thought we had it fixed, but then it caused a different issue so we had to back it out. But we have a work around fix that's supposed to go out tomorrow that seems to be working. Assuming testing goes ok today and tmw morning it will be posted on here and our forums.

ty sir. Just wanted to mention that over the last couple builds my day's result has often been correct to the penny. This is a first for me.. I'd say it's there about 75% of the time.

Thanks. Yeah, it's just this last hand bug thing. If the last hand you play is relevant, then it will effect you total (for most people it's not), especially HU's. If not, then it should be accurate. This next build looks like it should fix that. So far it's looking well, but just testing in as many environments as possible and then we'll put it out.

Playing 6 max and Full ring and can't get hud to show up at right spots. If I move one it seems to move the others. Having to move the hud at each table super annoying and doesn't stick. Also, if I have a seat preference can I do it for 6 max and full ring at same time?

I don't have skype support. My advanced support guy is gone for the day any ways now. Make sure hands are writing to that directory. Maybe make sure you have admin privileges on the catcher too just in case. IT should force that mode, but it never helps to check. It's got to be one of those things.

If you're trying to setup preferred seating, then you need to set it in the catcher settings menu, and then set it in bovada (mouse over the ? in the config section and you'll see the seat numbers lineup with the ones listed in seating preferences on bovada). If you're using HM2, then you need to set it there as well. PT4 you don't need to do anything.
