What's the difference between the card catcher hud and hand history converter? Does this program just import live while the converter allows you to import after the fact? I was thinking of getting the converter to try to get all of the hands imported because there's quite a bit of difference in money in my account vs. how much PT4 says I've won but not sure if there's any benefit to having both.
Strange. If you want to send your bcc.log file to support I can see if there's something in there. There's some newer table naming Bovada has done that might be causing an issue. I had one other person report it, and the developers are addressing it. I think there's a work around for it. It should rarely rarely happen. I mean I play on Bovada regularly and never have any of these issues. So I'd bet it would happen pretty rarely.
As far as the converter, it's more of a study aide than anything. You can grab the hands 24 hours after they've been played, see all your opponents hole cards and import zone. I recommend it to people who play a lot, because it's just helpful, even though you shouldn't results oriented, it just helps with putting things into perspective a lot more.
