What? Are you sure? The mathematical possibility of that is astronomically slim. We have a lot of people using it, and also testing on it, and I've never heard of anything even slightly close to that. Like I said, and you can verify this in your DB, there's an error rate of .004% or less. That error most of the time will be hands you're not even involved in, so to drop 3 buy-ins in 4k hands is some pretty insane variance.

I don't know what to recommend off hand, other than take a look at how many error hands you have when you're done playing in your import screen, and then send those hands to support. I'm doubting you're having some issue, but just based on the hundreds of thousands of hands we've tested with the current release now, it just doesn't make any sense.

Make sure you're updated to the latest version 4.3, and then check any errors you have when your session is done. You can see if they are relevant hands, or hands you're not even in. It will be clear if you've dropped any hands of consequence. And again, that last .004% we're working on fixing. But typically speaking, it will rarely drop hands of consequence.

I noticed with the latest version that if I close a table (or was disconnected) and come back the HUD remembers who I am and resumes my table stats where I left off, must like HI does. Any way to turn that off? And if not, any way to have it turned on for my opponents? I'd like to see what they're "seeing" if possible.

Also I noticed that if I have a crash or disconnect and get back on the table, the HUD remembers everyone's stats for exactly one hand. Then everyone's stats resets to zero. It's like relief and then disappointment lol. What's going on here, and is it possible to have it not reset? I understand that there is no legitimate way that one could confirm that everyone is the same person, but having a switch to "allow" stat continuity would be killer.

Thanks, had some issues w/ an update a few months ago (a previous version seemed more stable ATM) and I haven't updated since 2.04.3. Will uninstall and download from site later tonight.

Also, just wanted to mention that although there are still the occasional import errors, my actual results never match the recorded results even when there are no errors reported. It's usually off by a few bets, nothing major. It must be that some hands are still being ignored.

Usually the real result is higher than the reported result, which might give a clue that the hands still being ignored are hands that hero won. But from now on I'll start emailing errors that do get reported.

The 3 worded table name monster is back. (Man Of War) This time, the table shows up in the GUI, hands are being successfully imported into PT, but the HUD does not appear even though the HUD on other tables behaves normally. Restarting HUD no help. I believe this is the first time I've seen this combination of symptoms. 2.04.3

..and yet the 4th table is doing exactly the opposite. HUD imports fine but doesn't show up in the GUI. That one has two long words.

Does the tournament version of this software work?

It seems to, although it takes it quite awhile for it to pick up on the tournament number before it starts importing hands. Not sure why.

It grabs hands right from the start. The ID doesn't show on the GUI right away sometimes though. It can take 2-3 hands before it shows, but it's grabbing hands from the start.

I'm putting up a new version of the catcher today with on table time bank and last hand. Along with some HU's changes.

A couple of notes: There's still an outstanding -1 issue that mostly effects HU's. I expect that to be fixed next build. We're focusing mostly on that, Omaha, and adding PLO8 support. Beta testing for the timebank we had one random issue where it didn't click. But then the next hands it was fine. We haven't been able to re-produce, but I held off on releasing to do more testing and we can't get it to re-produce. It's been working great for me in any resolution or DPI setting.

I have noticed this error with any table with multiple words.

Most tables have more than one word. It's happened a few times on tables with more than 3 words that we know of. I haven't seen it happen since the fix personally. But I do have one report that it happened. I'm not 100% sure it's related to the words yet or not. Double check that it's not a 3 word table.

Getting this error whenever trying to install. This happened after I tried upgrading to the newest beta release.

What flashing are you having? You should only have a small flash during a re-size of the table, and that's just to draw the time buttons. I don't even notice it. Beyond that you shouldn't have any unless you have auto time bank on. What OS are you using?

Yeah, so with that you can have some flashing. It depends on your monitor, resources, and OS. If you turn if off though, you're fine with the current version correct?

i had to revert back to 2.04.3 because of the time bank issue. im still having tables not show up on the catcher so i have to click the time bank on the table, however this button is disabled.
