For tournies, make sure it's in the button view, and it will list the ID. There's a bug if it's in list mode view right now.

As far as moving HH's between different systems. I'm not sure I know a super easy way honestly. Maybe someone on here can make some suggestions. If you use the catcher, and don't auto archive hands that the catcher creates in PT4, then you can just copy those files to your other system from the catcher HH directory which is here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Bovada Card Catcher\Handhistories

Another way is just exporting your hands from PT4, and then importing them into your new system. I think you can just right click on any grid to do that.

So, I have a qualifier tourney up on the right, and it's being "caught" in the card catcher, but it will not show up on my table finder, regardless of restarting HM2, or the BCC.

EDIT: The tourney that IS showing up is a different one altogether

UPDATE: The hands showed up in the table finder after I busted and exited the tourney's window.

Sometimes if you're on break, you'll have to stop and start the HM2 HUD. We're still working on some other solutions for HM2 since it's a bit more of a pain right now than PT4 which works pretty easily with it.

Also, with HM2 I'd highly recommend removing the auto archive in the pokerstars setup. This is likely the main source of your issue.

So the other day I did the "stop catching" "start catching" trick to get it to crash by accident, but for the first time it wouldn't restart, I stopped the processes but I had to restart my computer before it would come up. I noticed when it tried to restart it was using over 0.5 gb of memory.

Using 2.02.7 I still had an issue on a HU table where it recorded stats, however villain stats were all at 0 for the first half of the match. It started counting correctly roughly halfway through.

Also, when clicking table buttons (like clicking on the name of the table) within bovada card catcher, it will often close my other windows like Chrome, folders, VLC media player, etc.

No, site setup, select poker stars and the edit the bovada card catcher folder and make sure auto archive hands is unchecked.

The 4th table is still sometimes not coming up as button, but hands are still being imported.

What is the 4th table generally? I had someone else on here say something similar, but we've never been able to re-produce that. I want to see if there's any kind of consistent pattern we can look to replicate.

Sometimes it says invalid stack. When this happens the hud doesn't light up on the table.
I don't know if this is related, but I seemed to start getting problems when pokertracker gave me a pop up window that said, "Tournaments imported from P.S.'s may require detection. Would you like to run detection now?"

In my PT under the configure tab and then the tournaments tab, there's a summary import section. Here I have the choice of checking a box that says - Run Detection Post Import. And/or another box that says - Run upon Tournament Completion.
Which should I check?

Any updates on potential fixes for the missed all ins at HU tables?

This seemed to solve the problem - I stopped the import. Closed the client. Then in PT4 I went to tools > Setup Assistant > configure site and pressed the button, ran through the process and it flushed out extraneous files that needed importing.
Somehow, this at least temporarily solved the problem of errors, and Hud not appearing on a table.

They are working on it. It's a lot harder to test versus 6-max or full ring. But they are on it.

I may have gone through too many steps. When my hud doesn't appear on a particular table ( usually after I end one game and start another and the software doesn't seem to know that the first is finished ), I just press the "stop getting hands" button and then a pop up appears that says, - "Tournaments imported from P.S.'s may require detection. Would you like to run detection now? " I press yes, then re-press Get Hands While Playing and then my hud appears and everything is fine until the next time it happens. This doesn't affect the stats on the games already running.

- When moving to another table on MTTs, stats should be kept
- HH reports everyone had the same stack in the middle of the tournament where Hero is playing fixed
- Sometimes the first line of HH is missed (PokerStars Hand #1123…) fixed
- Several small bugs fixed (issues where SB is missing from the hand, small ante bug)

I saw on one MTT I ran last night though that stats were kept fine for hero, but some of the players that were moved didn't reset. New players that came to the table were generated fine. It's something the guys are continuing to look at it.

I'm currently operating off of version 2.02.8 and it'll randomly stop catching cards from anywhere from 2-3 tables while 4 tabling and refuses to begin catching them again regardless of attempted work around. I'm going to upgrade to the version you just posted above and see if it fixes the problem, but figured I'd give you a heads up in case it still does it.

The newest version seems to fix the problem. Give that a try.

It should never stop catching, but if you do have an issue just let me know what type of game you're playing and version number.

We nailed down the last MTT issue, so the next update will have that worked out, and then we'll just hyper focus on any lingering import issues - and yes HU's. Overall it's working well now though, so not much left. Some developers said it wasn't possible... ha.

Version 2.02.9, 4 tabling 6 max micros, seems to randomly drop a table and then won't pick it back up. Closing the table and opening a different one in it's place seems to do the trick, but dumping tables kind of sucks.
