I figured out that the duplicate hand listings are based on how many players are at the table. If there are 5 players, it will show 5 times. If it's heads up, it will show twice, and so on. I thought that if I took out the "Hole Cards" stat it could clear it up, but it doesn't. I'm sure it has something to do with how PT perceives the hands it's importing. It thinks each row is a discrete "hand" that I played, when in fact each duplicate row is a separate "hand" that each individual at the table is playing. If that makes sense. I don't think it's an aliases thing.

Also, since the time change last week, PT thinks each hand is being played one hour earlier. I checked the HH text (both converted and native) and the time is correct. The time is correct on Bovada, and on my computer. No clue what that's about.

Same here, and when the hero HUD is displayed it messes up the order of all the other HUDs too (puts P4 under P3, ect.).

2.00.8 is close. On preliminary testing, the Last Hand button works about 2/3 the time. If it doesn't work, I stop TT, resize the table a smidge, and it works. Then I restart TT and hope it works. I use TT in grid/fill mode.

It should be noted that on the table that doesn't work, stopping TT and not resizing the table still causes the Last Hand button to fail. This would indicate it's not recognizing the table size, not the fact that TT was enabled.

This is odd because other tables of the exact same size are working. This should be enough info to square away whatever is going on. But at least I now have TT back with a few minor workarounds for now. Great!

PS- When using 1.00.36 over the past few days, sometimes the HUD would randomly reset for the entire table (notes lost too of course, since PT4 thinks they're new players). Obviously very frustrating. It's not due to number of player filters. It would mostly happen if I sat out a round and came back. Was this known behavior? Hope this has been fixed in the latest version.

PPS- my log file is still empty. No crashes yet, will report if it does.

Here is my workaround for the TT Last Hand button fail, at least for those using grid/fill mode:

1. Start TT (LH buttons fail)
2. Stop TT (LH buttons still fail)
3. Resize table(s) to any size
4. Start TT (LH buttons work)

I've noticed playing HU I can kind of get around the invalid pot size error by stopping and restarting the import hands which is real annoying. The problem now is that it appears it mixes hero and villian stats together.

Sometimes I'll play and it will be my preflop stats with his post flop stats or visa versa or stats will be missing all together. It makes it a big pain to try and figure out what is what especially because it's not always consisntent.

The only time this happens is sometimes when the catcher is started before tables are loaded. It doesn't always happen, but if you have 4 tables running that you're going to be on, and then start catcher, this won't happen. Sometimes this isn't an issue, but I've seen it happen myself. So it will be resolved.

The other thing I had them working with was TT today. So both of those issues should be worked out next build.

I know you have your plate full with squashing bugs and whatnot, but whenever you get a moment for some improvements, it would be cool to be able to reorder the Time Bank/Last Hand buttons to avoid confusion. Something like alt-dragging them would be nice. Gracias!

Having an issue with 2.00.8, It's working fine on all 4 tables but only displays 3 tables in the GUI so I can't click any of the table buttons.

2.00.8 isn't recognizing me as Hero. It just adds me as a random player to every table that I sit. Not a big deal since I don't use BCC to track my progress but it's still nice to have a graph at the end of my session. Plus PT4 doesn't know which hands are "mine."

Also every once in a while it won't log any hands from a specific table even though the window recognizes it as open. Closing and reopening works if the game ain't full (and I'm not already sitting).

I made sure to have all 4 of my tables up yesterday before starting the catcher v.2.00.8 but still had the program display my hero HUD/reorder the HUDs on 1 of the 4 tables.

I purchased the catcher but still haven't received the activation code. Could you please help me so that I can use the product? Thanks

Sorry, yeah I didn't catch that. But the worse problem is when it's not catching hands at all on one game when I'm in 3 others. It only did it once last night. Will report if it continues.

Ok, thanks. I know the developers are putting some extra hero tags to make sure nothing is dropped in the new beta. So I'm expecting it will be fixed pretty quick. It did it to me once too on one of four tables.

For the record, while 2.00.8 has been very stable for me over the past couple of days, none of my played hands are marking me as hero.

I am now experiencing a new problem where the hands are catching and the HUD is working but the table name isn't coming up on the catcher window so the only way to see Last Hand is to turn off the HUD, click the LH link and start it back up.

hi, i am trying to decide whether to buy Holdem indicator. Or bovada Card Catcher. I NEED it to work with Table Tamer (TT). And i dont want to miss hands. Ive read the last several pages and it seems like BCC is super buggy.

i dont mind waiting another month but will BCC be much better than holdem indicator? especially for a site like bovada where players change much more frequently.

Table Tamer creator told me that Holdem indicator takes the focus away from TT too often and he may switch to BCC for that reason.

Yes, thanks. Both of the developers already put an extra check for hero data, so this will be resolved next build. I think it's going to be up Monday from what I'm told.

Look, the .36 version that's out is stable and works. It won't work with TT or mods. The new beta that these guys are talking about has some minor issues to work out still. I know this can seem like a long process, but a lot of progress has been made these past 2 weeks. I'm confident that by the end of this week it should be pretty near flawless. You don't have to run or use the beta if you don't want to.

By the end of this next week, the bovada card catcher is going to be working well with TT. There's really only a couple of things left to do, and tournament support has also already been worked out as well. So it's just about there and the new beta when it's released will work with TT and any other table mods and 3rd party program. If you don't want to use TT or other mods, then use the current release, and it will work fine.
