Ok, thanks. Yeah the developer is saying it's a user side connection issue. The connection gets bad and the data resets because of it. So I should have a new build today with a fix. It's a little hard to make sure it works since no one here can reproduce it. But I'll post it when I have it, and I know they also added some extra logging just in case.

Ok, v 2.00.7 beta is up. This should have the crash fix. We can't reproduce it on our end. I've had everyone try to at this end, but the only crash we had was a completely different issue. So please let me know if this resolved it for anyone who had it. The developer added some extra logging just in case, but I'm told it's resolved.

Will this new beta record all-in hands that force hero to reload?

installed it and it would crash at every new hand. reverted back to 1.00.36.

Mine too. Got 2.00.7 to crash fairly quickly. The Last Hand button still does not work unless the window is in its native size. This still precludes use with TT.

Was about to send this off to support but my log file is empty. And when attempting to copy the following my system grinds to a halt for about 60 seconds. Then everything snaps back and I can see the hands playing out in fast forward fashion.

Testing 2.00.7, still missing AI hands where it forces hero to rebuy, has yet to crash for me though, which is nice

No, there's still a bug with this in the 2.xx beta, but the developers know what the fix is. We just need to nail this crash issue down and it should be a breeze from there.

Have Devs prioritize stability over fixing this bug, this is very minor

Also, why doesn't my active session tab refresh? Does anyone else's? Only way to refresh it is to mainly go out to another tab like reports then come back in

I think the refresh is just a HM issue. I think it's actually set that way so it doesn't eat more resources.

the crash is reproducible for what it's worth. It's always on a new table open. (Using TT, haven't tried without)

is card catcher less buggy right now with PT4 or HM2? Or about the same?

1.00.36 is pretty stable with PT4. You just can't resize anything or use TT.

Yeah, thanks guys. We did reproduce it on our side finally, and it should be fixed in this build. We've had it running for ~ 2 hours, so I think it should be good. I just posted it up. A couple of other minor bugs worked out. Still more to be done, but this should be solid. I'd try it with TT too. I haven't yet.

It did for me in 2.00.7, testing 2.00.8 now

The crashing problem seems to be eliminated, but I am still only getting Hero to show up on one or the three table I played today. I tried to pull up a log and the folder was empty. I looked in the hand history folder and Hero only showed up on one table. How do I find the logs. I got to the log file in Bovada Card Catcher but like I said its empty.
