The new 2.00.5 version is up.

Any of the crashing from before should be resolved. There's still a couple of issues with hands, but we know what they are so they will be resolved pretty quickly. This one should work well overall, especially if you have any issues with the 1.xxx version.

Thank you. Just trying it out now, and it crashed within 10 minutes of using it with Table Tamer. The Last Hand button also still doesn't work with TT on. Restarted, and with TT off it seems to be fine so far in both respects. Should I email my crash report to support?

2.00.5 is also still incorrectly identifying FL stakes as half of what they actually are. 1.00.36 doesn't do this. Reverting.

Any ideas about:
1) The Cardcatcher missing AI hands
2) HUD not displaying the stats of the opponent to my right on any table (6max with preferred seating, all other seats working fine)

So I've sent an email to support, but figured I might get a quicker reply here. I've used up the trial duration and purchased the cash game product, but now when I go to enter the serial to activate the program it keeps failing to connect/verify the serial with the server. I've tried reinstalling, restarting, and deactivating my antivirus just in case, but no dice, thoughts?

1) Yes, we know this sometimes happens. It's being fixed in the new 2.x beta.
2) Turn off preferred seating or use the 2.x beta that's posted in this thread. Either of those solutions will work.

Yeah, you probably tried to register when we had some mandatory server maintenance this morning. It was about a 2-3 hour window.

In the new version, Hero isn't showing up in the HUD, thus HEM2 is not saving the hands. Do I need to edit anything. If I install old version, Hero shows up.

No, you shouldn't need to edit anything. It's showing stats for others at the table, but not yours correct? If you can send the HH's it is writing to support and your log file I can have them look at it.

When in the "View Today's Hands" window in PT4 as it's importing hands, I'm noticing that each hand is displayed 4-5 times as identical hands. The behavior is identical in both 1.00.36 and the latest beta. Anyone else?

Maybe you have some aliases happening? I haven't seen this on our side and I haven't had anyone else mention this. It's probably on your setup with PT4 somehow. Maybe check to see if there are any ID's linked.

I have a new build. This one has just about the all-in situations fixed, some other minor bugs, crashes, and FL issue resolved. So it should be much improved. I'll post it soon.

This one is looking real good. There's still a couple of known minor issues. I know on some setups last hand still isn't working. If you re-size to ~ regular size it will work (or have table tamer tuned off). This will be fixed next build though. I'm expecting these to get worked out this week and we should be solid! Whew...

Got it to crash pretty quickly with TT in use. Last Hand still broken with TT in use. I'm sure it works fine for now with TT off. FL stakes reported properly. Sent crash report to support.

I do have aliases in my main database, but I'm importing into a brand new clean BCC dedicated database, so that shouldn't be affecting it. Anything else it could be?

Yeah, 2.00.6 is still crashing pretty reliably for me now even with TT off. 1.00.36 is more stable. It sometimes misreports the FL stakes as NL games, the only workaround being to close and reopen the offending tables, but other than that it's a lot more stable than the current build.
