I was having the same issue with seating arrangements. I know it is annoying not having the same seat on every table but I have found that the stats show up correctly when I move my layout according to the default seating for 6 max cash games. If I move my seat the layout will be off by how many seats over I moved in the client. I know you said you tried all sorts of ways but maybe you didn't notice that detail when you were changing the layout or moving seats in the client.

Beside the seating issue I have still noticed some major all-in hands missing from PT4 that the newest beta BCC is not catching or, for whatever reason, PT4 isn't importing. I've been keeping track since I first noticed it with the original BCC. BCC/PT4 did not catch/Import 50% of my profit over the last 1000 hands. Out of those 1000 hands it has missed under 2-3% of them but that 2-3% make up huge all-in hands. I find that more of these all-in hands are missed when I am playing more than 2 tables. I usually run the max so this cuts back on my hands per hour. Anyone else experience anything like this with the newest beta?

Decided to try pin point some of the problems and played some 6-max cash micro stakes. I played 319 hands on 4 tables. Of the 319 hands I received 35 errors importing to PT4 (That's a good 10%). I did a manual import of the files afterward so it listed the errors and recorded the duplicates. When I went into the actual txt file to see what was up there were some pretty weird errors. Sometimes rake was calculated as -$x.xx or way too much. There were some hands I could not figure out what was wrong with them at all. Hope this helps, and if anyone has the solution to stopping the "Invalid pot size" error lemme know.

The other issue you didn't address is the Hero Stats problem. Sometimes they appear at the table and sometimes they don't, sometimes they appear for a couple hands and then go away. I want them to never appear, which is how I have my HUD settings saved in PT4, and they never appear on other sites.

So with the current release (not the beta), then you need to make some of the troubleshooting adjustments. Your error rate should be about 1-2% tops.

The beta is going to be 0% once we get the rest of these issues worked out. But the current non-beta will miss some hands as explained in here many times.

Why is that?

The HUD you're launching was not designed to work on Bovada. I don't know specifically why those parts are blocked, but they are. You could disable your HUD and just run the catcher and allow it to grab hands without the HUD and you'd be able to use the last hand and timer. But we'll get both of those working again, hopefully in this next build.

As a temporary workaround I would be happy to disable the catcher just to see the last hand window, but restarting the catcher also resets my HUD stats.

Anyway I tried it again today for 30 minutes and it crashed. Send the report/logs on to support. Catcher won't work again till restarting.

The temp work around if you're using the beta is to use min or normal size table windows. Then both of those buttons will work. So you can always re-size it to default.

Using Hem2 on min size and having this exact same problem. Checked file path and everything seems correct. The tables are detected in the card catcher but no hands are being written to the hh folder. Hem2 isn't detecting the tables and
therefore no hud.

Caught another major bug for FL hands. The converter is identifying all FL hands as half the stakes as they really are. This causes significant errors in stat reporting. I'm assuming it's doing this because in NL the stakes are what the blinds are. I emailed support an example hand.

I tested it out last night playing micro limits. Played about 200 hands and the only ones it missed were ones when I won or lost an all in. Weird.

But on a positive note, I used preferred seating and the HUD seemed to work fine. That's a game changer for me. Awesome.

For this to work can tables be overlapping a bit, or do they need to be perfectly tiled?

Turned off Table Tamer and BCC no longer crashes for me. Manually resizing windows doesn't seem to bother it. Would love to get TT back in the mix soon! Tough to choose between you two.

Edit: lol, spoke too soon. 25 seconds after posting this is crashed. I'm pretty sure it's from resizing the table.

Ok, never mind about all of that actually. Now it's just crashing nonstop even in native mode, no mods, no TableTamer. Restarting doesn't help either like it used to.

With either the current release, or the beta, overlapping doesn't matter.

Yeah it's getting there. I think we're going to have another update tonight. It won't be much longer with this new version and it should be working flawless.

The good news is I talked to both of the developers today and they found the source of the crash. So they already have a solution worked out. They had to re-do some of the data sources to get it worked out. So when the next beta does come out, the crashing issue should be resolved.

Ok. I actually tried reverting to the latest 1.0 release and it seems more stable, as long as I don't resize anything. What's new about the 2.0 beta?

When the 2.x beta gets the bugs worked out then re-sizing will work on any setup, table mods will work, etc... It won't miss any hands. It was completely re-worked from the ground up from the 1.xx version you're using. When I get this next beta up, give it a try. It shouldn't crash anymore and re-sizing should work.
