It works if you follow the troubleshooter.
It's true though, I committed the ultimate sin in software development. I set a tentative date. I won't do that again. I can only go by what the developers tell me, but then they have a setback it changes things. And bottom line is I don't want to rush the update out and have it have a bunch of issues. Believe it or not, this isn't something easy to pull off. If we were doing something simplistic like HI, then it would be, but we're creating complete hands that go into your database in a pre-set format so you can do any kind of analysis and HUD. The amount of data to be captured correctly is literally in the millions. In retrospect, I should have just done a HI type program, but I designed it for myself because I wanted to do more than just have VPIP/PFR and no way to analyze my own data / hands adequately. I'm also under charging for what the development time is on this project.
With all that said, the new update will work as I stated. I get that everyone wants to get it asap, so do I. I've been doing this for quite some time, and I personally hate that I had to re-work a product from scratch after release. I had probably 20 people from 2+2 beta test this for 7 months before it was even put out, and we thought it was solid for what it did, but you never know until it goes into a bigger market. I knew it was a complex risk though for what we were trying to accomplish.
I use the current version every day and it's fine for my purposes. It does miss some big all-ins. That will all be resolved. I am bumping the pricing after this update goes out because I have to.
