last time i logged in i have a problem where the card catcher is tracking my hands and they show up in pt4, but the hud doesnt show on the tables. any help?

Try and reboot and make sure to load the CC up first. If you're still having an issue, click on settings in the catcher, create log, and send the .zip file to support and they can check what the issue is.

as long as the license is not expired, you can move it as many times as you want.

Cool... I usually try to stay updated so i replace a few parts a year and i noticed the license stop working when you change hardware and you will need to reset the license then register again. Thanks for letting me know. cheers

If you open ignition site settings, it will tell you the seat numbers. I believe it's 4, but it depends on if you're 8 or 9 handed.

hi freakdaddy i'm kind of confused. i only play 6max PLO NON zoom on ignition. so if i want to be able to collect hands on the fly without waiting the 24 hours ignition thing and import to into poker tracker i would only need "ignition hud card catcher" software correct? no need to buy the "ignition hand converter"?

i don't really care about the HUD since its ignition and everyones anonymous. but i mean the hand histories caught by the "HUD card catcher" are instantly uploadable to my PT4 DB without any conversion right?

Is there a way that I can make the card catcher not track a specific table but still track the other tables? If no, its Ok, no worries. I can just delete the HH in my database, just asking if there is a way so i can skip this part.
