Maybe try re-downloading it, and just say ok. I'm not sure what the message is w/o seeing it, but if it allows you an option to still run, then click ok to do that. Or like I said, try re-downloading and installing.

Im trying to import hands that I downloaded from the ignition software into hand2note. But it doesnt seem to work. The hands doesn't even get converted. I'm only using the converter, I dont use the cardcatcher.

You need to contact h2n. I don't think you need a converter to import those hands, but you'd need to contact them.

This was addressed a couple of weeks ago. There's an option setting if you click on settings in the catcher, and select the option to decrease pt4 hud space.

I've played a bunch of big pots and the CC failed to record.
Dunno if it helps but the 2 pots were big and I won them, dunno whether something in the bodog animation or table ****ed everything up

Also, it happened quite a few times that my HUD is placed on the wrong table. I've noticed it since I've a stat that display the last hand won, and it showed in another table.
This mess happens before I got disconnected from the server and the software moved me in other tables

If you get DC'd, this can happen. Make sure you have the the latest version, and if you get DC'd it might be best to close out the poker client, and the re-open it so you have the catcher running first again.

Ah ok, close and reopen is very convenient unfortunately and since bodog has always these kind of problems it would be difficult.
I know this sound stupid but isn't there any workaround for this? Even autoreset HUDs should be okish

If you're getting DC'd, no... there's really nothing you can do about that. The issue is there's a key that's sent from the poker client, and it's only sent once. So it's not something you can just reset. If it's not DC related, make sure you have the latest build that's in this thread and you should be fine. If you have issues not related to DC, then I'd recommend clicking on settings in your catcher, click create log, and send that .zip file to support.

Since I play with table in cascade, there's could be difficult to spot the tables with the wrong HUD, do you know whether some tracker has the option to assign a specific HUD to a specific table?

Also, since Ignition is quite unstable and disconnections happens a lot, may I advise a function to disable the HUD on a specific table in your GUI? It is easily implementable and it would help me (and many others) a lot. What do you think about it?

The issuing you're describing don't have anything to do w/ cascade mode. It only has to do with one of two things. A DC happens during tournaments, or you have two tables in the loading phase at the same time. If you don't have two tables in the loading phase at the same time, this should never happen. And if you're getting a lot of DC's, that's quite uncommon. I think you should check / change your internet connections, it sounds like you have a wifi issue w/ your router. There's no way to turn off a specific table. There may be some option in the database you're using, but I don't know what you're using.

You can also use the trial of Drivehud 2 and see if that runs better for you.

Yes, but you'd need to contact support as they'd need to generate a manual renewal link for you.
