Did this and it worked, but it's been very hit or miss. A lot of closing down/having to re open just to make sure the hands are being caught.

Using HM2

Not sure if there's maybe something, procedurally, that I'm missing?

I have an issue with the software, it works fine most of the times, but sometimes I get a different HUD on 1 table, that means the table is recognize as another type.
Is that a known bug?
I took a screenshots to show it and I have the logs

There's no bugs w/ the software. It's the same converter / capture process we've used for many years. You need to make sure that you open one table at a time. If you have two tables in the loading phase at the same, exactly what you're describing can happen. Just load one table, once you see it loaded, load your next.

For about 5 days or so I'm having to close down and re-open several times per session due to HUD disappearing and SNGs starting to import as cash hands. Sometimes the HUD disappears entirely and no sng is logged in results after the game.

Using the latest ICC and PT4.

Did you just recently update Pt4? Just try rebooting, loading everything back up again. Clearing your system cache resolves a lot of issues. Ignition / Bovada can be temperamental sometimes. Make sure you only have one table in the loading phase at a time also. I'm sure if you've used it awhile you know this, but just want to make sure.

I shutdown the pc daily and it keeps happening. Since I'm playing sngs I rarely ever have two tables pop simultaneously. Been using the program for years and this is the first time this is happening like this.

hud doesn't start most of the time in sng's. i have to close and re-open the table. only started happening recently. is it because of the latest iggy update? using pt4.

No. If you had the catcher open when the update happened, you should reboot and load up everything again. If you have any issues then click on settings in the catcher, click create log, and send the .zip file to support.

i emailed a log of sng games on 8/15 with the exact kind of issue mentioned above. HUD malfunction for sngs usting PT4.

I asked the development team and they have your logs. I don't have a status update right now. I just want to confirm that you did reboot after the ignition update and tried to set everything up ok? Because I tested it myself and it seems to work fine. It may be for a specific sng and that's why we're not seeing it or have many reports.

A temp solution is downgrade to the previous PT4 (you'll probably have to ask them because they don't like posting old versions for whatever reason) and it should work just fine. I'm sure it's an easy fix, and when they get it done I'll post it here of course.

I don't know right now. The person who was assigned to this has had a family issue, and trying to move developers around on tasks they don't know rarely makes sense. I'll try and update you as soon as I can.

idk if the problem is on ignition's end. some days it works great most of the time, but yesterday it was really bad. almost every game, the hud didn't start.

im also getting issues with sit n gos. the card catcher shows that games are running but only about half of them get a hud to pop up and PT4 misses all the info from the games with no HUD.
