I need you to send a log then, because it works fine currently with Drivehud 2 and it's the same catcher. Click settings in ICC, create log, and send the .zip file to support so they can check what's going on.

So what can I do about this? I've tried setting it up with HM3 closed and always get this same error. I dont have the catcher app thats built into HM3 downloaded

Did you check the site settings for Ignition in HM3 and make sure they matched the hand history folder location for the catcher?

And if you're still stuck, then send a log to support by clicking settings in the catcher, create log, and send the ,zip file to support.

Hello, does your Ignition Hand Converter works for H2N? I mean, hands downloaded from bodog/ignition software.
Also it works converting hands from HM3 to H2N? Because H2N doesn't support HM3 format for some reason.

I can't get the CC to work. When I click on "Launch Poker", I get an error "Failed to launch poker, because catcher failed to patch files. Please contact support." The documentation on the website is dated and makes no mention of the "Launch Poker" button. I'm using HM2.

It's only if you have hm2. Otherwise it's not needed.

To run the card catcher in H2N, do you still need to end task the integrated hand grabber in task manager or we don't have to do that anymore?

Just reboot and reload everything and it should work. If you had the catcher open during the update and then ran the tables, it will not work. Any update you get you should either reboot or shut everything down and then reload.

Did you try rebooting, because it's still working just fine. Maybe shut everything down and then reload it all.

Yes, but you only have to do this once every time you launch H2N.
