With HM it will be duplicates. If you're primarily playing on Ignition, I'd recommend using Drivehud 2, since you'll be able to capture in real time, and then manual download will combine the missing hole card data. If you need help, I can walk you through how to get this setup and transfer your previous data.

Sorry, missed this. The license server was down for maintenance briefly yesterday. If you tried it again a little bit later you should be all good.

Last i checked, hands exported from DH2 imported fine in HM3.

You can do this? that's good info. how many times can i do this to a license? sounds like a very useful tip when traveling and you know you cant play until you get back home.

im having the same issue. HUD only showing up on about half my tables

noticed the SnG that HUD doesnt work on also goes untracked by PT4 so the converter is missing games somehow

Are you guys using the latest version? There hasn't been a significant update on their site in over a month.
