Ok, it was working smooth for over a week, but had non stop issues tonight. No errors in PT4, but HUD wouldn't load on four different MTTs tables after rebuys. I e-mailed over the logs. Thanks

FD, can you help me get an update on this issue next week please? I haven't heard back and had a similar issue again tonight. I sent them another log set from my google drive through e-mail. Thanks

Sure. Can you DM me your email again so I can look up the tix? Rebuys are sometimes difficult for pt4 to process. I'll find out what's going on.

Hi, I have a problem, when I download the hands from bodog and when I use IHC, I do not get all the downloaded files. (I use another converter before uploading them to my database)

It may be that I lose files when downloading them from the software or is it not normal?

I transfered my HM2 bodog hands to a new database and the software isn't recognizing them, with loooots of importing errors. Is it because the files are in a .xml format? Is there a way to convert these .xml hands into a .txt recognizable format or are they lost?

You can't. There's only ipoker or ignition / bovada as hand formats.

I don't understand your previous question and maybe you're mixing terms. You are using the ignition card catcher, and you're saying it's not capturing all hands for you? Or you're downloading hands from ignition and there are hands missing? I can't do anything about the later, but you the catcher shouldn't be missing hands. I've not heard of that happening and it's the same catching process we use on Drivehud as well. I'd need more details and/ or a log if that's the case.

Is there anyway you guys can program ICC to display mucked hands in the table HUDs on Ignition as it does on ACR so we don't have to click on hand history to see the mucked hands?

That has to do w/ the HUD / database you're using. If the info about hole cards is in the hand history, it's written to file and then it's up to the HUD you're using to display that info.

I'm using PT4/ICC not PT4 & hand grabber. Is there a different software combo that will show the mucked hands for Ignition only?

The reason I ask is because Ignition hand viewer has been broken for a few months now. Many players have been complaining in the ignition thread that they can't see mucked hands any more. I've told the ignition Mods this over & over on their forum and they have not be able to fix it yet so I am looking for a workaround now.

There's not a way to extend the trial for this product, but it does work as stated on the site.

But I'm still having issues with the HUD not loading on a MTT table. It happens mostly after a rebuy but can also happen on a first rebuy on a later tourney etc.

Sometimes there are PT4 errors like "ipoker: invalid rake in hand" and sometimes it can happen without any PT4 errors at all.

Sometimes I can fix it by relaunching the table a few times, but most of the time that doesn't fix it. I have to play musical chairs by closing Ignition client during my breaks then PT4 & Ignition then finally all three ICC/PT4/Ignition losing all my other HUD data on my opps on the other tables etc.

Needless to say this is very time consuming to have to do while I'm trying to focus on 6-8 tables.

Anything else I can try to do to fix this problem? I remember this issue always being a linger problem for me using your software for a long time back before I switched to PT4's Hand Grabber.

Hi FD, this issue is still happening for me again tonight for the 3rd time in 2 weeks even after the last update that was suppose to fix it.

I DMed you a few days ago & e-mail over the last two logs. Do you want to send over this log for tonight aswell or do you have enough examples? Thanks
