Hi, I just switched back to your software this week after using PT4's hand grabber all year.

And I just had my 1st feeeze of Igntion all year right now. I had to complete reboot to get it working again.

It could be on Ignition side, but not liking this coincidence of this happening the very first week of switching back to your software.

I didn't have logging enabled so no way you guys can check this out?

Also you guys still are not able to retain HUD data info after restarting PT4/ICC?

You need to disable pt4's hand grabber. That's likely interfering. There's no issues, or any problems w/ ICC causing freezes. Just disable pt4's and then reboot, and run it and you'll be fine.

Need help on renewing the license. Trying to renew platinum combo and its send me to a 404 page. I also emailed support and just waiting for a reply.

actually I heard from a friend who use HM and it looks like they are doing the same thing like PT.

Back on Bodog after a brief hiatus and using ICC+H2N which used to work flawlessly.

I'm noticing that after an orbit or two of it working great, an additional HUD for each player (with different hand samples) is popping up and slightly overlapping the first HUD that was working fine. Any reports or fixes for this issue?

Thanks, I did indeed turn the H2N internal card catcher off and everything is working fine now. I heard that the H2N catcher isn't very accurate so I'd much rather stick with yours.

Hey , for some reason if I open 25 zone it tracks my hands properly but nothing happens at 200 and 500 zone , would this be a license issue or a different error? The website seems broken when I click upgrade so no idea how to check if its a expired license restricting me

I bought Ignition card catcher and converter combo and have couple questions:

1. Why I can not convert caught hands with catcher and save on Hand2Note(I can convert downloaded hands from Bovada but not caught hands see attached files)? I like to analyze my hands immediately after sesion and some software only takes converted hands.
I already have Drivehud so if converter does not convert immediately caught hands I don't really need converter...

2. I use 2 PC's ( desktop and laptop) . Can I use Catcher and converter on both using the same license? I never use them at the same time
