Nope, did neither of those things, I just changed card catcher to HUDHero and left Bovada converter on Hero so i was expecting HM2 to import them as Hero hands automatically when I converted the hands, but it just isn't

Weirdly, if I copy them like back out of the folder they get sent to after the converter gets them, and then I force HM2 to import, it will do it successfully that time, but is there anything I can do to make it actually do it automatically like it used to?

I don't think we're understanding each other. I was asking, when you changed the alias in the card catcher to HUDhero, did you change the playerID in hm2 to reflect this? You have to do this to see your data.

If you saw a HUD on your table, which I'm assuming you did, then your data is present in your database. You just don't have your playerid set.

It sounds like something is off in your HM2 settings, but it's difficult to say w/o a log. I'd double check your site settings in hm2. Make sure the directories are correct. I guarantee it's something simple, and if you can't figure it out, just send a log to support by clicking settings on the catcher, and clicking create log.

No reported issues. Did you check to make sure you have the latest catcher version, and do standard stuff like reboot and restart everything?

Anybody else having issues with the catcher unable to distinguish between 9max and 6max tables? I've got the HUD appearing fine on 9max, but then on 6max tables the HUD is all over the place. Then when I move the HUD around on the 6max table, the HUD on the 9max tables move around as well.

Any fix?

Sounds like you don't have preferred seating setup for 6max. Check to make sure you have it setup correctly on the poker client and your database. And then if it's off, just open one table, re-position your HUD for that table, save position, then open more tables.

No, not really. Just change the database type in settings on the catcher, and make sure you setup the same path in hm3. That's it.

Is there a reason why my hud doesn't line up with the correct player? For example the stats for player 2 will be near player 6, etc.

Anyone else having their HUD not pop up today? Using H2N + ICC. It was working fine yesterday but I can't get the HUD to appear even after several restarts. Using v2.15.2.

It appears Table Tamer somehow broke the HUD functionality for me. I can load up 3 tables without TT running and the HUD comes up fine but if I then run TT and add a 4th table (TT only works when it's opened before the table), the HUD for the new table doesn't pop up.

same issue here. Had TT and ICC + H2N working for a few days no issue but this morning it now wont work with TT open (always does with it closed though)

can someone give me the tldr on how this all fits into ignition's t&c? as far as i'm aware huds aren't allowed. ive got no problem with this software, just wondering what risk im running if i use it

Nope, that's the latest version. Your database is going to auto archive your hands and move them after import. You need to check your database/hud's archive folder if you want to see the original hands.

with the integration of the Ignition Hand Grabber on PT4, are there still any advantages of continuing to use the Card Catcher? I kinda have an older computer (AMD A6, 2.0GHz, 6GB RAM), and trying to limit the amount of RAM being used

We're fast with updates. I can't speak to the functionality of theirs honestly.

Ram usage in the catcher is a non-issue. It uses minimal resources, nothing that would impact performance, not any more than enabling the grabber would.
