If you guys updated to the latest pt4, they have a beta tournament catcher (using the same process as ours). So you'd need to disable their catcher (there's an option in the top menu) in order for ICC to work properly again.

the HUD is working for me, but when I try to view the results everything shows up at $0.00 (Im playing SnGs)
catcher seems to be missing buy-in / finish position somehow

The hud appears for SnGs, but not for MTTs. MTT tables appear in ICC, but I don't see the hud.

I have the latest pt4 (v4.15.21) but I do not see an option to turn off the pt4 hand grabber. There is a Get Apps option in the PokerTracker Apps pulldown menu at the top which takes me to their website where I could get their hand grabber. I can't remember, but maybe I declined the pt4 hand grabber when I last downloaded pt4.

Hello having some issues with the cash catcher since i upgraded to version 2.14.6 it is catching the hands but counting even hands I win as loss. However the hands a lose are being reported correctly i have hm2.

im not using pt4 last version, crrently on 4.15.17
still card catcher is not working on mtts, appears randomly in some.

We're checking into it. It looks like Ignition is having some issues as well. As a temp solution, if you have the previous build of pt/hm you can downgrade and try that. But it may also just be on Ignition's side. I'll post when I know more.

I just updated to new version of Ignition card catcher and blue message pops up saying "this app cant run on your pc, to find a version for your pc, check with the software publisher" . Also, just today I updated my windows OS (pretty sure its windows 10)

hi i have the version 2.14.6
since the last update i see a issue, sessions are counting me as a loss or they dont capture at all and when i go to statistics to see the resume of my day it dosent show anything.

the hud and the hand capture are ok but its like its not capturing the buy ins, tournaments played etc

also i noticed the hud is giving the annonym villians a random number instead of player 1 2 3 4

hopefully will be fixed soon

It's not on database side. It's on Ignition's side. We're close to having a fix for this and it will be posted when it's ready.

I am now on version 2.14.7 still getting the same error on hm2 for cash games it's counting 98% of my hands as if i am losing very rarely marking a hand I win and sometimes when it does mark it as a won hand the ammount is wrong in my hm2 DB
