So I've played another few hours with the newest version of PT4 installed 4.15.19. Haven't had any issues at all. Have had multiple hands where I bet more than villain had in their stack, and the hand imported into PT4 shows the proper amount won.

Seems like it's an issue with the newest ICC version v2.14.4.

It's not, but thanks for checking. I have an update that's addressing the issue. PT changed how it handles uncalled bets. HM works fine, same process as always, PT changed it's line coding so we need to address that.

Ok, cool. Still working on HM3 compatibility. I have a new version, but don't upgrade to it yet. This one is adjusting to the PT changes.

Any ETA on when update will be available? Currently deciding whether to do the downgrading/testing what does and doesn't work or just wait.

weird... PT4 newest v4.15.19 and ICC v2.14.3 works perfectly together both ICC and IHG are both grabbing every single hand and win/loss stats are correct. I dont use PT4 HUD, I use H2N HUD. I just grab the hands from ICC and import them into PT4 and H2N at same time. I have always used PT4 because until ICC v2.14.4, the hand count and win/loss stat has always been 99% accurate. I like H2N HUD way better than PT4, but H2N has never came close to catching all the hands from ICC in any version.... was ICC v2.14.4 upgrade made because of PT4 HUD issues? Because v2.14.3 catches and imports hands to PT4 old version and new version perfectly

I'm also noticing now a lot of previous hands not even making it to the HUD display. They are making it to PT4 tho. I'll submit a ticket with PT4.

That will be related to your database size and probably a vacuum analyze and optimize will help with that. But yes, I'd contact them and I'm sure they can assist.

Interesting... good to know, but strange that it slowed your HUD down with the latest version.

So I played with the new version over the weekend. Every time I load up a table, my HUD is all out of place, and it's like 3 times as big as my normal HUD. Any changes I make in PT4 don't affect this, and downgrading from the newest ICC version to an older one resolves the issue.

I'm not sure what to say. The ignition card catcher doesn't change your HUD settings in any way. It's just writing files, so it's logically impossible for it to change your HUD settings. It's possible that the HUD position could have changed because of how it writes positions. I haven't had any reports of that happening though.

If you used v2.14.6, can you click on settings in the catcher, click create log and send the zip file to support to look at? I will have a dev take a look.

I really don't know what to say either. All I did was upgrade to the newest version, made zero other changes to PT4 or the card catcher settings.

Upon upgrading to v2.14.6 my HUD is no longer placed correctly, and when I set it up correctly, it isn't saving upon opening a future table (and yes I know to lock & save in PT4 etc. I've used this software for a few years without many major issues).

The 2nd thing that happens is the HUD is like 3 times as big as it usually is. It's like the padding setting in PT4 has been bumped up a few numbers, but nothing in my PT4 settings have changed, and even tweaking that padding setting has no affect on the HUD size.

And lastly, when I downgrade to v2.14.3 all these issues go away on their own, and everything is back to normal. Just from uninstalling v2.14.6 and then installing v2.14.3. I don't make any changes to anything.

Is this just some sort of compatibility issue between PT4 and v2.14.6? Because I do understand that the card catcher doesn't actually make changes to HUD settings.

FYI FD, I'm seeing the same issue as Pr1ncessLaydown. I asked for PT4 help and they had me play with a couple advance HUD profile options tonight, but it didn't resolve the issue. Their v4.15.20 update did resolve the HUD slowness problem tho so we're getting there

I am following this thread along with the PT4 thread daily, waiting on PrincessLaydown or someone else to confirm that the latest PT4 and ICC updates are compatible with each other. My current setup is PT4v4.15.19 and ICCv2.14.3. This combo works perfectly for me (other than my hands are still loading 1 hour earlier in PT4 than actual time)

I've talked with the two main devs on this and they are adding an option set that will give two parameters for the HUD overlay dimensions. I'm not sure why PT changed this, and it works fine for me. But apparently on some combo of resolution and increased window size over 100% it can shorten the HUD layout so on the right side it looks cut off. I'll try and get more details monday.
