Hi, PT v4.15.19 CC v2.14.4

CC not recognizing jackpot sit and go tables so not importing haven't changed anything in setup. Rechecked and everything is setup correctly. Tables not appearing in CC during play! please let me know what to do. cheers

ICC 2.14.4 still not working with the latest HEM3 3.1.7.5770 update for me. Table is showing up in the ICC window but no HUD is popping up and no hands are showing up in the reports.

I know ICC doesn't state that it does function with HEM3 but I've been using them together for months now without many problems.

Any plans on a HEM3 fix?

I'm going to have someone check into the JP S&Gs. ty.

Hm2 and ignition card catcher only catching some hands... HUD updates with just some hands, any help?

For me, the card catcher is recognizing the jackpot sit n go. The problem is the hero's stats are the only stats that show up. if I treat as 4 max, everybody's stats show up, but I don't want to have to manually change every sit n go to "treat as 4 max." How do I make it so everybody's stats show up? Thanks

HUD works now with new PT4 update. Thank you sir.

We're still looking into this, but as a temp solution you can always downgrade your HM3. It was working with previous versions. HM is easy to downgrade and they have all of their previous versions posted.

You need to update. It's posted just a couple of posts above your question in this thread.

Nobody has been able to re-produce this. They tried today. Can you click on settings in your catcher, click create log and send that .zip file to support please? I have someone who is already assigned to this. ty.

This has never happened to me before, but at the end of my session today I noticed that PT4 was showing that I had won a lot more $ than I knew I actually had. So upon further investigating I found 2 hands that are showing I won significantly more in them, than what was actually won.

If I open up the hands itself and go to the hand history text tab, it shows the proper amount that was actually won.

I posted this same thing in the PT4 support thread, but posting here as it's possible that it's a card catcher issue?

I had the exact same issue after downloading newest ICC update. I've also opened a support ticket on PT4 in case it's on their end.

For me the common factor seems to be when I go all in and opponent folds. The C$ won is about 3 times as high as it should be.

There's 4 examples. Note how big the pot is, vs how big the C Won is.

FWIW I'm using PT v4.15.18 and ICC 2.14.4

Pt/hm completely changed their format for these. What version of the catcher are you using? I'd need more details and possibly a log to provide more info.

Ty for posting your version. For now, go back to the previous version of PT4 and you'll be fine. We're looking into this more.

4.15.19 is the latest version for PT. So stay on 4.15.18, or go to 17?

Is it possible to go to ICC 2.14.3? From memory that was working well with PT 4.15.18...

Or are you saying go back to PT 4.15.17? But still run latest ICC?

I was using the newest version of catcher, 2.14.4, and PT4 4.15.19.

yes I can confirm that PT4 v4.15.19 and ICC v2.14.4 is not compatible with each other. Yesterday, I downgraded PT4 back to v18 and left ICC at v4 and still have the same issues of PT4 giving profit of overbets when hero bets more than villains stack and calls, hero gets the overbet amount counted as profit.

PT4 and/or ICC needs a new update to resolve this.

After PT4 and/or ICC resolves this issue, it sure would be nice if the person(s) who fixes this could talk to the H2N guys and show them how to fix their software too!!!
H2N with ICC has had this problem all along... LOL

I downgrade my PT4 to 4.15.18, and am running ICC v2.14.2 (2.14.3 link on the site just gives you a download to 2.14.4) and am not having the issue anymore.

Just going to play a short session, and then upgrade my PT4 to 4.15.19 and see if it happens again. Will follow up.

I am trying figure how to send v2.14.3 download here but am not having any luck. I scrolled down my previous downloads and found it from 3/20/20. If you have not deleted your downloads from couple weeks ago, you can search it and hover over it to make sure it is v2.14.3. I got v3 this way and played 500 hands and worked perfectly so far

Yea, I don't have v2.14.3 on my PC. v2.14.2 is fine however. I finished up a quick session, and had no issues.

Updated PT4 to newest version again. Will fire up another session in a bit, and report back in a few hours. My intuition tells me that it is ICC v2.14.4 that's the issue and not PT4. We'll see I guess.

edit: If anyone is having a similar issue with v2.14.4 and HM2 or HM3 or something, would be nice to know.

Anybody else having problems with the previous hand loading so slow with the new versions of PT4/ICC in MTTs?
