Contact support with your OS you're using. In very rare cases I've seen some windows updates duplicate the license in a mirror directory and cause and issue. In these cases you can delete the mirror folder and it will correct itself.

I play $214 turbo 6max sngs on bovada. The payouts are $780 and $420 which is standard 65% 1st and 35% 2nd. For some reason the card catcher saves them in my PT4 database as $840 and $360 payouts. PT4 has a default payout for 6 handed sngs as 65% 35%. I am wondering if you know why it is saving the payouts wrong? And how would I go about fixing it? It is annoying to have to manually change the payouts for every sit n go that I play.

Hi,

I’m playing ignition on one computer and trying to combine the hands played there with a database on another computer.

I copied the HM2 archive over to the other computer and tried to import the hands but around 80% were errors.

Any suggestions??

Had the latest update of hem2, it doesn’t read Card catcher hands properly, had to downgrade HM2

SNGs have had the wrong payouts for years. I assume that iPoker has a different payout structure and there's nothing you can do about it

I actually haven't heard that, but I'm going to look into if there's a way to adjust the default payout in PT for different sites.

Thank you. It would be a nice little time saver if you could find a way to not have to manually adjust payouts on all sngs.

Just upgraded to the new PT4 version and now Ignition CC not saving the hands to PT4. Was working perfect before that, whats the best workaround or solution here? Assume I could go back to the last PT4 version somehow but I'm not exactly sure how?

2nd day in a row with that same probably of not being able to get one MTT's table HUD to work after a rebuy. Can we get this permanently fix please? I keep having to relaunch ICC while keeping PT4/IGN open and then reopening every single table to get HUD working again, but then I loss all session data on my opponents. If you can't fix it, can you at least give us an able to fix it mid session without losing all the HUD data? Thanks

HUD is not showing on any tables. I haven't made any changes to any settings or anything. Things were working yesterday just fine.

Card catcher is recognizing my tables, but no HUD displays. I use PT4 in tandem with CC, and yes "Get hands while playing" is checked and "Start catching" in the CC is on.

Edit: The only thing that's changed is I obviously installed the new PT4 update today.

I saw PT4 released a newer version mentioning this issue. I tried installing it, but the HUD is not showing up at all for my 1st table. I'm guessing you guys need to release an update to match theirs?

I just downloaded the software and it says There has been an error setting up Auto Import Folder for HM2. I am using HM3

edit:

looks like it is saving hands into a xml file. can i use this file to import hands to hm3? when I select the file it won't import any hands.

PT4 version 4.15.19
ICC version 2.14.3

PT4 is open and "get hands while playing" is checked, ICC is running and is catching hands and Bodog is open with a regular table running. ICC recognises the reg table and is catching hands, but it's not importing into PT4 and there's no HUD. What is going on? This seems to be happening since the last PT4 update and I don't think I can revert this.

EDIT: I did a dum-dum and wasn't on the most recent tab of this thread. I'm downloading the old installer now and hopefully that should work

As everyone has stated, the issues you were having had to do with PT4's update this weekend. You can downgrade to the previous PT4 build and it will work. However, I'm posting a new build fix shortly.
