The latest version has improved table detection after Ignition's last update. They had 3 updates in the span of two weeks and kept changing a few things. If you still have an issue w/ the latest version, just let support know what the table name or title is... screenshot if always good here and they can check in it. ty.

Ok thanks. I think I have seen it have issues with certain tournaments names in the past. I'll update to v2.14.3 and see if I have any more issues next week. Thanks again FD

I may have stumbled on to how to disable the grabber in PT4. Select PokerTracker++ >>Ignition Hand Grabber >> Disable Ignition Hand Grabber. After doing that I had good results with a cash game and hopefully I will get good results in tournaments too.

Hey, I'm getting hand history import errors when I run the catcher. I have ICC v2.14.3 and HM2 v2.0.0.8695. It looks like the hand histories are being written to the ICC folder and that folder is set up in HM2, but every hand imported is an error. any ideas?

There is a 'HM2 Releases' forum on the hm.com site where you can download new or old versions to update or rollback. Here is a direct download link to the previous official release version 8673 before we added support for the new hand history format that IPoker introduced in version 20 of their poker client.

PT4 rep pointed me to an old thread on their forums that fix it for me:

If the other HUDs are outside of the visible HUD layer you can work around this by changing a configuration setting in the PokerTracker.cfg file which you can change as follows:

1. Start PokerTracker 4.

2. Select "File > Open User Data Folder"

3. Close PokerTracker 4.

4. In the window that opened go to the Config folder and open the "PokerTracker.cfg" file in Notepad.

5. Find the section labelled [Hud] and add a line straight after that like this:

[Hud]
CoverOverlap=300

6. Save your change and that increases the HUD area. If you still don't see the HUDs when you start PokerTracker 4 again you can try a higher value.

recently card catcher only works about 50% of the time for me. I open icc, open pt4, open ignition, and usually the first time icc doesn't pick up any tables. but after closing everything, restarting and doing it over it works. happens every day for 3-4 days now

Hi,

Unfortunately I still do have the problem after installing the latest update.

The catcher is literally catching just one out of 4 tables (and even on that table it takes around one orbit to catch the hands, what makes me missing the first 5 hands or so anyway.)

I start HM first, launch the card catcher as admin and start the software with the button implemented in the catcher.

Any help?

Need some help - Recently downloaded Table Tamer and tested it with Ignition. Worked just fine, detected the tables.

However, when I launch ignition through Ignition Card Catcher, TT no longer detects the table. Any solution on how to fix this?

You have to load one table, then your next. If you launch tables and they are in the loading phase at the same time, it will not work. If all else fails you can send a log to support, but 100% of the time that I've at least seen, this is the problem if someone is saying it's not working.

So does TT offer HUD capabilities similar to that of ICC where I can view opponent VPIP/PFR/ATS/ETC? This is for Ignition

Keep having same issue. Stats won't show up until after a couple of hands, and then only start recording like 10-15% of the hands. So for every 10-15 hands I play, only 1 hand will be recorded. Only tried full ring tables.

Have tried uninstalling all softwares, updated to version recommended by you, have send you logs,... Any help is welcome

Try the Drivehud trial and see if it works for you. If it does, then it's either your ignition install or your other database you're using setup / install because the catcher process is the same in both products.

There's a bit of confusion right now because Ignition has had so many updates, and ICC and drivehud have had to do several updates. So if you don't have the latest, and they are all installed correctly, it could be causing issues. But I assure you it works when it's installed and running correctly.
