No, it's just a standard update. They updated their chrome security. They were having tons of random crashes, and they probably figured out it might be related to outdated chrome version.

They've had lots of updates between this most recent one, and it never effects us, and when these updates do create issues, usually they are quick fixes. This isn't one of those unfortunately, but you never know. I'll post updates if anything changes.

The best way to look at it is: Bodog updated to a later version of the chromium container they use, probably to improve overall performance/stability. In later versions of chromium Google added alot more anti-dll injection techniques in order to increase the stability of chromium aswell as to protect against malware. (Such as banking malware etc like trickbot) Unfortunately dll injection and the hooking of a few network functions is what alot of catchers rely on to intercept/mitm the network data used to build hhs.

Bodog is crashing on startup for me if ignition card catcher is running. Anyone else? Windows 10 Bodog Asia using TT as well but have no issues with TT + BD only.

e: When I start Bodog without ICC I have no issues on launch. If I launch ICC after Bodog, Bodog crashes within 10 seconds. Any idea what I can do about this?

Quick update: We have the Ignition/Bovada fix update in place. Just finishing some testing and we'll post. We thought we had it yesterday, but testing uncovered some network issues, but the team got it worked out. Not sure it will be auto update, but it will be in here and our forums shortly.

cool... I have never played zone on Ignition before, but was planning on trying 1 zone table with 3 reg tables to get in more volume once the catcher gets fixed. I believe I seen someone say something about the catcher wont pick up zone hands. Is this true?

v.2.14.0 not catching for Ignition cash games. I emailed logs. I started the catcher before opening Ignition but none of my hands or tables were caught by the catcher.

Not sure if something is wrong
I just did update
In hm all the hands I had previously that the catcher caught are gone and database is gone now. Does it wipe old data?

Did you try and reboot first? I'd do the basics, because it seems to be working for everyone so far.

No, it can't wipe data. Check to see if your player ID is still set correctly in HM. Check to see if you have any filters set, etc...

wassuuuup guys... yesterday is first time i have been in these forums in at least a year. I was looking to see what was up with the card catcher and ignition and found out real quickly. I downloaded the update awhile ago and for first time I noticed that card catcher had the option to catch and put into H2N. So I followed the setup instructions and have played a couple short sessions and am noticing that it didnt catch all the hands in my sessions. In the past, I have had it setup to catch and send to my PT4 database and I rarely missed any hands. I did however started playing 1 htable of zoom to go along with 3 reg tables. I am wondering if the zoom table has something to do with me missing a bunch of hands, or has H2N been a problem all along?

Txs in advance

It's odd that I'm the only person with an issue. I uninstalled CC using revo uninstaller, then reinstalled, set it up to PT4, rebooted, opened catcher first, then Ignition and still it won't catch.
I've sent logs to Ed. I'm beginning to wonder though if it's something really silly that I've overlooked. My license says cash games, etc. I can't see anything that's different from my old set up.
Edit - What about time zone? I'm in Mountain Standard Time. I have my catcher set to NO OFFSET

"opened catcher first, then Ignition and still it won't catch."

In the past, I have always opened database first, then ignition, then TT, then CC and never had any issues. Is it recommended to open CC before ignition?

Here are the exact instructions ( which I followed ) from customer support:

Thanks for your e-mail.Please reboot your PC. Open ICC first then the poker site, it should work now.

After my second reboot, I'm up and running fine. I have no idea what I did differently. But everything is cool.
Thanks a lot Freak and Ed.
Edit- One thing I did differently was when I was instructed to reboot, I hit restart. The second time I selected, "shut down."
