Try rebooting first. I don't think there's any issues, at least none have been reported and I played yesterday as well. Let me know and if there is some issue need more details, what your database is, version etc...

I haven't played much on Ignition lately, so I don't know if this is a known issue, but I am using HM3 and the HUD stats are resetting somewhat regularly. My Hero stats reset the most often by far, but villain stats are also resetting sometimes. I have the HM3 Ignition hand grabber disabled.

Any plans to add auto time bank back again? It's been a pain since their software update and now only 20 seconds to act on top of it.

I imagine this would solve problem I reported to you previously that sometimes with your catcher HUD stats jumps to WPN or Stars tables?

However I tried to launch Bodog through your catcher but then all tables get ignored by Table Tamer and Starscaption's Table Manager 2.

Yeah it was messy to grind with HM2 without using launcher.

However I also have PT4 license and I just used PT4 for Bodog with catcher and HM2 for all my other sites today and everything went smooth. Probably gonna just use this setup.

whenever I convert hands from Zone tables into hm2, and see the stats from players from Zone tables in HM2 hand replayer, are these stats accurate in HM2 hand replayer for each opponent?

Yes. But are you talking about the converter or the catcher? This is catcher support. But both the converter and catcher will show accurate results from zone.

Thank you. I mean the hud stats of the opponents of zone tables that I see in the hm2 hand replayer.

I have several thousands of hands on each opponent from zone tables, but every hand the seat is changed and it is anonymous in zone tables, so I was wondering if the hud stats I've gathered from my opponents from zone tables are correct or not.

I want to use TT and ICC simultaneously. Is that possible with 2.13.9? I'm using 2.13.8 currently and ignition is randomly completely closing on me and I'm not sure if it's bc im using an old ICC version, if its TT fault or if it's ignition's fault

I've been using ignition card catcher for a couple of years with no problems but 2 days ago it stopped catching my zone hands. Regular tables work just fine but the database is not updating when i play zone exclusively. I have tried opening the tables one at a time ( which was never a problem in the past) and that has not helped. Any suggestions?

I am using HE2 for what it's worth.

It's probably not ICC related. Sometimes on these new Ignition updates they have hiccups. Just 2-3 days ago the whole site was going up and down. But if you can send a log that always helps to confirm and we'll have the team check it out as well.
