I found it and attempted to use the same key but it’s saying unavailable or already used or something. I only have two computers so that can’t be possible unless maybe when I reinstalled windows I used the key again? I can’t remember. Anyway you can help with that or should I contact customer support or something else?

Yeah did some research and looks like I purchased license in March 2019, and reinstalled Windows in May 2019 and reinstalled your product. I'll check out the link in a little bit thanks for the help!

Does card catcher not work on final table? Got to a final table and it stopped tracking completely. Cash games still tracking though. Is there a setting I have to turn off, I've tried Xing out of table and rejoining.

No disconnects unless it was really fast. I was just two tabling a Mtt and a cash game so I would of noticed. It was tracking great for around 4 hours and then as soon as we made final table it stopped. The hud was still there but stuck at x amount of hands. I closed table after folding and rejoined table and next hand hud was up but still same stats. Played about 20 hands before I busted and never updated. Cash game was working perfect still and the card catcher said it was reading mtt table as well on your main interface, but was not updating. I grabbed logs after maybe 10 hands on final table if that would help at all.

So it doesn't make sense it would just stop at the final table. Haven't had anyone report anything like that since we've sold this. The log will let us know what's going on.

FYI crashed again for me just now after reinstalling last week. Lost all my HUD data on my opps aswell.

I never heard back from my e-mail last week.

I can't keep having this happen with this much of my money on the line. I'm going to start testing HEM or the another free source HUD if this doesn't get resolved. I've been with you guys for years, but these problems are unacceptable.

I don't have any reported crashes for any product, and it doesn't sound like you're talking about the ignition catcher because the card catcher can't lose any database huds or settings. They don't even operate in the same memory space or hard drive space. Let me know, and I'll help you figure it out.

Yes, it does for me. You just need to follow the setup similar to how ICC was set up with HM2 although the name of the windows and where the setup folders are will differ slightly from HM2 to HM3.

i have the .66 latest converter
i have tried changing the settings to show hole cards and not show but whne its ticked it still comes up with errors when importing into hm2.

In settings of the card catcher, do you have it set to HM or PT? It needs to be set to PT in order to work for PT. Check that first. If all else fails, click on settings in the catcher, and click create log. Send that .zip file to support and they can tell you what's wrong.
