HI- I've tried playing a couple sessions since the update and the HUD stats don't seem to be aligning with the correct seats. I had this issue after a prior update and had to change preferred seat to 4 (6 max cash) in the catcher as well as in Ignition settings and that fixed it but it is not working this time. I've double checked and both seem to be on the correct seat in settings.

Also, on the total number of hands played seems to be off on multiple tables. Some are showing ~twice the number of hands dealt since I sat down... so there are clearly other issues at the moment.

I've waited until each table fully loads before opening the next (having read some posts on this). Anyone else experiencing this and any suggestions?

Preferred seating on Ignition seat numbers change a month or so ago. Just make sure you have it correct. My best suggestion is to open open table, make sure the seating is correct, if not move and then save your HUD position, then load more tables.

I don't have any reports from support on 2x hands. If you see it continue to happen, please click on settings in the catcher, create log and send the .zip log file to support. Ty.

Ive been having problems this week with the HUD not appearing on all the tables and tonight it pretty much has become unmanagable. I'd say about 1in 4 tables I pull up now won't load the HUD. Usually when this happened I get totally out of ingnition and sometimes reboot my computer and the problem would go away for a few hours. But at this point tonight it seems that I can't load 4 tables without this happening. Also earlier this week I would occaisionally get error messages about every 20 hands but this would go away for the rest of the night after a reboot. Anyways it's just about unplayable for me at this moment. It's all been happening since they issued an update to the update a few days ago.

You should allow people to download the latest version from your website (as a link).

The updater has never worked for me before so i always have to edit this url and download every version number until i go too far and it says page not found (then i assume that i have the latest version lol).

Make sure you're using the latest version. The auto update is the version before this.

And yes, the socket commands in Ignition now are an issue IF you return to the same table. This above version is much better, and we're still working on some other solutions. I think there's only some rare isolated issues were still looking at. It seems to be working fine for most people w/ the above version though.

I've never had any reported issues w/ the updater. If you're having an issue, send a log. It's probably some permissions issue w/ your windows, which is an easy fix. Easier than trying to guess what the new update link is. Contact support and they will help you out.

For me, 2.13.2 crashes the client. 2.13.1 does not.

I'd try and reboot and try .2 again. Maybe it was updated as the client was open or something. There was nothing changed from .1 to .2 that would cause a crash.

i use 2.13.2 and play ring+zone and sometimes it doesent catch my zone hands and sometimes the ring games as well, mostly zone

Yeah for some reason, the .2 version didn't have a correct close sequence if you went back to the same table more than once. The developer discovered that earlier today and did another release that should resolve that once and for all. I'm going to post it up here shortly.

did you reboot after install? Are you making sure that when you load a table, you're waiting for it to load before you load your next table? We're not getting any other reports of problems, so please click on settings in the catcher, click create log, and send the .zip file to support so they can check your setup. ty.

Does Card Catcher work with HM1?

I haven't looked at their last update (which was some time back now). It did at one point, but most people aren't using that. There's a free trial so you can try it w/ it, but I don't know anymore.
