A lot of people getting that issue. We just need to wait for it to be patched. Ignition update broke a lot of things lol

You can always convert hands later and import too. Prob will be broken tho for a few days the hud.

Close the card catcher. Close your poker client. Open the card catcher, then open your poker client and it will work. Sometimes if you just updated, you need to close and re-open it.

Having issues with card catcher since bodog big update.

Always updated to last version, It always start "smooth" but after a while I always end uo having a table that the card catcher doesn't pick up or he mixes two table together something very common that has been happening for me is the following

let's say I have 4 tables

two tables huds work great, third table no hud, 4th table = hud that should be on table 3.

I didn't have one session lately that something like this didn't happen.

did it, now there is proper hud for 1-2 tables and totally empty for the other two, i can mark them and make note and its importing because the hm2 shows the hands but it doesent load to the hud

I have tried that and doesn't work all the time. I even restarted my computer in case something was running in the background.

I am experiencing like the weirdest glitch ever. There is like a 10% chance or something of it working on 2/5 but when u open 1/2 it works. I close it and open 2/5 it doesn't catch it lol




I can't even imagine how hard it must be to get card catcher working each update. Appreciate you guys always trying to update it as quick as possible.

I would understand more if it didn't work in general. But it is just so weird that it works fine for 1 stake but then it's all glitchy for the other.

Your solution worked for the first session, though it was a godsend. However, now nothing seems to make it work lol

It seems like if I joined a table and left it at some point and came back to it later during that day it like doesn't work anymore bc it sees the same table ID or something. Idk if the table #s are randomly generated or what, but I will keep an eye on out this tomorrow maybe this is what is happening.

I had random issues with it as well. The card catcher did not read the 4th table I had but it still captured the hand so I couldn't use the HUD. Of the 3 tables it read, it did not capture the hands from 1 table. Could you guys get on fixing it ASAP? Thank you

Hey thanks for pointing that out, that is weird it is grabbing the hands and not recognizing the table.

Same. Hud would show on 2 tables and works fine, one table no hud and the last table got the stats from the table w/o hud , feels like the hand importing was accurate tho in 'reports'

same, I play 6 max cash tables, when start session 3-4 tables work fine, then when I changed 1/2 to 2/5 or 2/5 to 1/2 it stop working on new tables, sometimes it show hud on table 3 which should be on table 4, and new tables open without any hud. It is just for your info.

Are you guys 100% sure that when you load a table that you're waiting for it to load before you load your next table? Any log I've seen to this point w/ someone reporting this, the person has two tables in the loading phase at the same time. That's going to cause the issue you're describing because (w/o getting complicated), basically your HUD doesn't know which table to attach to because the table headers get scrambled. I played and tested it for hours yesterday myself, and didn't see any of these issues, and our beta testers didn't have any problems either.

If you're 100% sure, then please go to settings and turn on advanced logging. If it happens, go to settings again in the card catcher and click create log. Send support that .zip file and we'll check it out.

We'll continue to do more testing, but so far we're not replicating this.

Just to clarify, when you say to wait for the table to load, do you mean to just get the table to 100% progress and we see ourselves seated or do you mean waiting after we're seated for the "Waiting for hands" on HUD to switch over to actually showing a HUD for each player before opening an additional table?

Today the hud switching didint happen,i always wait for table to load 100% and always got the switching sometimes but not today.
However,the 4th table didint load the hud in many trys, i will send the logs later today.

Same scenario happened to me as well.

The screen for your table just needs to not have a loading phase on it... loading X%. I've been playing again for the past 2 hours. Opening tables 4 tables. Closing 2, opening 2 others, different stakes. Had a tester doing the same. No one can re-produce.

It might have been something on the client side. We did see a log where the table socket was opening and closing over and over really quick. So it might have been some temp site glitch.

We'll keep monitoring, but if you were getting it, we need an advanced log. So you need to turn that on in settings on the catcher.

Might be when you're joining empty table and they move you to new one once they got you a seat.

Just as I post this we finally re-produced it. It looks like it is happening where the HUD won't load if you leave, and then re-join the same exact table.

The error still persists, It does not recognize the table but still imports hands. I am sending the log to support. Hopefully, this information helps.

Ok, thanks for sending. It must be something super specific then, so with a log we'll be able to tell. I re-produced what I thought was the issue by playing, then leaving a table, and then going right back to it, and the HUD did not load. The chrome web socket update makes grabbing the table title and data together really tricky. Are you sure that you closed your poker client in between updates also (very important)?

I'll let you know when I know more.

You can always use a trial of Drivehud in the meantime. No reports of problems there. Plus it's a lot quicker! HM2 + Ignition's new update (Ignition alone was using over 50% of my system resources) is a bit laggy for me when I played on there.

First table hud worked fine for the first hand but HUD did not update from 2nd hand onwards, 2nd and 3rd hud appears but without stats(eg. VP-/PR-/3b-/(-). Played the entire orbit and they did not correct. All hands were tracked correctly in PT4.

I think my cc still causing issues. On newest version client crashed twice on me. I’m also table tamer and hm2 so one of this could be issue although both running good on wpn.

Once again if I open new table on Bodog and I wait for other players and then it seats automatically to other table when it have free seat, cc will work stable after that?
