I just downloaded the free trial of the Ignition Hand Converter. I'm still not able to see my opponents cards when he did not showdown.

I downgraded to version .8079, I have "show known hold cards" checked in HM2 as well as in the Ignition Hand Converter software itself.

Any ideas why this is the case?

Wrong forum thread. You likely still need to check to show opponents hole cards in the HM2 replayer. There's a checkbox where you can show or not show in the replayer. But please, if you have other questions, move it to the hand converter thread. Ty!

Just noticed this myself.

When it happens for me, it doesn't happen for every seat either. It could be happening to 1-3 players on separate tables. Also when this does occur, I hover over the name and the Card Catcher is thinking a new player has sat in the seat while it is the same player. For example, it would come up with "P3_####..DK" on one hand of the orbit, and then the next hand it would change to "P3_####..LM" when player 3 hasn't left.

Pretty much identifying the same seat/player as a new player each hand, making it reset the stat to a hand count of 1 each time.

This happened when Ignition did their update last week. Update to the latest Card catcher, as this was resolved.

my card catcher for cash games doesn't seem to work for PLO what can I do to fix this issue.

Check to make sure your card catcher is still registered for PLO. At the top it will see what it's registered for. Perhaps it expired.

any ideas why i can only catch 3 tables out of 4. i can see it catching 4 tables on the program but my hem can only pickup 3

What version of the catcher are you using?

i downloaded the one linked above in this thread but it wasn't working with the previous version i was using. dont know which version it was

it just says cash games figure that covers the whole spectrum.

You have to have the latest version. Both HM/PT have made changes that can cause the issue you have if you have older versions.

I'd recommend just updating to the latest database you're using, and the latest card catcher and you should be fine.

Nope. Just load the catcher, load ignition. You have to wait for your table to load before you load your next one. As long as you do that, it will work.

I was 4 tabling NL cash games on Ignition last night. ICC (v2.11.2) was working perfect for the first hour or so, but when I started to do some table selecting it stopped putting the HUD up on a few of the newly opened tables. It was still grabbing at least some of the hand histories where the HUD wasn't showing, I could see them in PT4 (v4.15), but no HUD and the table wasn't showing on ICC where it has the list of tables. I tried restarting my computer, but had the same issue when I loaded everything back up, HUD came up for some tables, but not others.

Also, in at least one instance it actually put the HUD on the wrong table. I noticed when a hand, from a table that wasn't showing the HUD, went to showdown and the players showdown hole cards flashed up on the HUD on another table.

Any suggestions on what I can try to prevent this or how to fix it? I believe I am using the latest version of both ICC and PT4. Thanks!

Make sure when you're tabling selecting that you wait for your table to fully load before you load your next one. I do know that sometimes Ignition is resetting it's connection when a table is full, and then it's resetting it's web socket w/ it's latest update. I believe we have a fix for this that just went in for drivehud. I'll have to ask the developers if this is the exact same issue. I believe it is, and if so we'll put out another update. In the meantime just be careful about loading, and you should be ok.

It's a PC based program. So it can only be used on a MAC with a windows emulator like parallels or similar. We do have many customers who have those setups, so it's easily possible, but it's not native MAC.

This is just a fix for their update from the other day. It addresses HUD on wrong table or not loading because websocket was re-created.
