Yeah I mean I would obviously prefer PS mode for ICC due to to the HM2 restrictions

In ICC, if you click settings, and unclick disable overlay, and then click enable PS mode, then it will work for PC w/ ICC.

Hey,

I noticed BCC 9.0 was picking up zone hands but almost none postflop so Im updating to 9.2. Is there an auto update feature for bcc or no?

Second question, are you guys attempting to get BCC working for zone as well? I plan on buying hand converter for zone in the next day or two but would def like to know in advance if its worth it or if BCC will end up doing its job automatically in the near future.

Ignition is working fine. Strange that bodog wouldn't now. I'll check into it. The only problem is the developers are out for the day now. I think there's one left, but he hasn't worked on the catcher before.

Just Fyi... the one developer who is in just looked at it, and they completely re-wrote their software, and looks like they are using chrome now. So I'm assuming this will not be a simple fix, but I'll know tomorrow when the full team is back in tomorrow.

card catcher just randomly unregistered my mtt serial and now wont let me get to the screen to re enter my tourney serial. v2.09.2. any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Within the same tournament, yes. But every session you play stats are not tracked for players. It's an anonymous site.

Probably related to a windows update. Contact support. Your update probably created a mirror of the license directory, but I'd need more info to say for sure. You'll get a quick response from support.

Some of the guys work weekends, and two of them are going to be working the weekend on this. It's hard to say but based on what I looked at, I don't see it getting done before monday at this point. It's vastly different, and it's a lot of lines of coding. So new coding + testing is going to take awhile.

Still getting disconnects but not client crash (Poker has stopped working or w/e) since not using card catcher while playing, anybody still getting crashes while not using?

Crashes aren't related to the catcher. We've looked at this extensively. Only time there's an issue is if you're using table tamer + the catcher. If you stop using one, then no crashes. Use both at the same time can cause issues.

There's lots of people not using any 3rd party apps that are having crashes on ignition, just check the above thread. But since their last minor update, disconnects and crashes have gone down.
