There's only two reasons this would happen. 1) Site settings in Pt4 is not setup correctly and it's not pointing to the correct directory.
2) You don't have a good synch. You kept BCC open in between sessions of opening Ignition. It should generally recover, but if your system has issues I always recommend just shutting both down and re-opening. If all else fails, reboot as well.
Let me know if you've tried those things, but 1 of those 2 should resolve the problem.
So what I've done the last hour:
1) Verified ICC + iPoker was setup correctly and it is.
2) I created two "test" folders. One for original hands + one for converted hands. I noticed that I have not been able to successfully import since May 15, 2017. I don't have a single HH past this date. The hands past this date in my database are iPoker only (the hands I actually captured).
3) I then did the normal conversion as I normally would.
4) Upon import - all files import, duplicates are accounted for (hands that I captured during play), and then the rest are unrecognized/errors. Every single one of them. I have walls and walls of this blue "unrecognized game type" text
5) My plan was to just uninstall PT4 and ICC entirely if you thought that might help. Did a reboot, and that's when this partial import actually began. Before that nothing was happening. I have all the original files so I have tried this maybe three times and getting the same issue. Have not made any major setting changes at all and have successfully imported 100k hands and never had this issue before. I can basically only store hands whenever I play.
I hope some of this insight made sense.
